I checked out of this room friday morning and checked into same room on sunday. Shampoo was out when i left and still out on sunday and my old soap was still in the shower on sunday. Room was not cleaned properly. I wasn't given a new room even as hotel was almost empty. I wasn't contacted by management nor given a discount. I won't stay their again.

The hotel was decent for the price and the staff friendly. The room was clean, but the beds are too tall for someone with mobility issues. This seems to be a common with hotels if you can't get a accessible room. I guess most guests are mountain climbers.

I stayed at this property on October 22, 2024. I was with my wife and my 11 pound Emotional Therapy Support Dog (I've recently been diagnosed with PTSD). I was charged an additional $150.00 besides the $155.00 that I was charged for the room for my Support Dog because it apparently didn't meet management's criteria for a Therapy Support Animal. My room had bugs in the bathroom and silverfish in the bath tub. The floor was dirty and apparently hadn't been cleaned for a while. There was a used tea bag left on the coffee maker. All of this at a cost of over $300.00 for 1 night.

I’m not usually a Karen but LORDY! When we checked in we were greeted by a friendly staff member. Once we went to the room we turned on the AC and it had a Loud buzzing noise that could not be ignored . Also the room was unkept and several outlets did not work. When we asked the staff to address it the manager was very bothered to check it out. She also refused to take the elevator up to the 3rd floor so we took the stairs. She then determined it needed maintenance but their tech was no where near the hotel. Upon being forced to leave because of the AC my family was traumatized because the elevator malfunctioned and scared my children senseless. To this day they are scared to use an elevator. The manager said, “hey I just work here” very uncomfortable and unprofessional we will not stay at a comfort Inn and suites again.
