Nice Hotel. I hope to return someday.
This hotel is a good place to stay for the money, clan, and well maintained by a helpful staff. My only suggestion is that it be part of the maids' duties to be sure the alarm is turned off when cleaning a vacant room. I was tired and forgot to check it, and then the alarm awakened me very early in the morning. I plan to stay at this hotel again someday.

I picked this hotel because it advertised having a pool, however, upon arrival we were told the pool was unavailable. So that was disappointing to this kids.

The hotel was still recovering from the Microsoft outage when I stayed, and the elevator was not yet operational so I had to use the stairs. The clerk was nice enough to locate me on the second floor and close to the stairwell. They were doing the best they could given the circumstances. Other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable, and quiet even though it was next to the interstate

Nice clean moderate hotel & friendly staff
The room with king bed & pull out couch was great except the couch mattress was thin & could feel the springs & didn't have any sheets on it & only one pillow but no pillowcases so my granddaughter used one of my personal pillows from home & slept on couch not pulled out into a bed. Breakfast was good & staff was very friendly.

The room was not handicapped accessible. The tub was at least two feet high. I have problems with my legs. It was very difficult getting in and out of the tub. The second day I got to the room, there was a roach on the bathroom floor. The AC unit ran loudly. Demetrius and Neshell were great during check in and check out. Breakfast was good. The rooms need to be remodeled. I stayed at this hotel 8 years ago. It has went downhill since then. Most definitely not worth the cost.

Musty smell and fire alarm
The room smelled musty. We luckily were able to open the window to help air it out. The fire alarm went off at 10:30 pm. It was a false alarm but we had to go outside and wait 20 minutes for the fire department to come. No one seemed to know how to shut the alarm off. It took over 30 minutes before we could get back to our room. We had been sound asleep when the alarm went off and it took quite some time to get back to sleep.
