Great pool - quiet location.
Good service and easy check in. Great breakfast. Pool was very welcome at the end of our busy days. Shower was a little on the small side.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, les gérants sont très gentils et les échanges ont été intéressants car ils nous ont consacré beaucoup de temps. quand on a demandé de changer pour une chambre au rez de chaussée, car plus commode, ils ont tout de suite accepté, sans problème. l'hôtel est bien situé, avec parking privé, et très calme. tout marchait bien. les patios et le jardin avec piscine sont très jolis. nous avons bien profité de notre séjour qui était très agréable.

Ein schöner Ort zu relaxen, gutes einfaches Frühstück. Saubere Appartements. Toller Pool, mit Mittagspause für die Kinder. Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in die Region. Auch für Hundebesitzer ideal.

Un tranquillo residence in posizione strategica
Il residence si trova in una posizione strategica, a poche centinaia di metri dall'Aurelia e comunque in una zona tranquilla. E' dotato di piscina, giardino e varie tipologie di appartamenti con ingresso indipendente. Il mare di Talamone è a pochi chilometri e la posizione è ideale come punto di partenza per brevi escursioni (Maremma, Argentario, Capalbio, Castiglione della Pescaia, ecc). Il personale è molto gentile e gli appartamenti sono praticamente nuovi. Viene servita la colazione e la reception è a disposizione per ogni tipo di suggerimenti e consigli. E' un residence adatto a tutti, sia alle famiglie con bambini che a coppie di adulti.

hotel bardzo ładny (+), cichy (+), oddalony od miasta (-), na plażę i żeby coś zjeść trzeba dojechać samochodem. Dobra baza wypadowa dla zwiedzania okolicy i dobry hotel dla osób które lubią gotować, grilować i kochają ciszę.

Campagna e mare
Bel residence in zona di campagna, a sei km da Talamone e a una ventina di km da Orbetello e l'Argentario. Appartamenti spaziosi e ben tenuti, con incluso anche angolo cottura. Nel giardino vi è anche una piccola piscina e anche il parcheggio è gratuito. I proprietari, così come anche tutto il personale sono simpaticissimi e gentilissimi, sempre disponibili a dare ogni tipo di informazione sulle zone da visitare. Inoltre danno alla clientela un ottimo depliant stampato da loro, con tutte le foto, i luoghi e le distanze sulle mete turistiche. Tutto buonissimo, purtroppo dobbiamo segnalare che l'unico handicap è la sala colazione, troppo piccola e angusta, spesso affollata, in quanto l'orario di inizio dei pasti, ci è stato segnalato, partisse dalle 8:30, un po' tardi rispetto a tutto, in quanto non permette di organizzare presto le escursioni. Chiaramente a quell'orario c'era assembramento di ospiti e del personale che era oberato di lavoro. Per fortuna che essendo fine primavera, alcuni ospiti mangiavano all'aperto, se no ci sarebbe stato da aspettare. Purtroppo segnalo anche che non c'è campo all'interno degli appartamenti, alcune volte anche all'aperto, per cui telefonare e ricevere telefonate risultava assai difficile. Wi-fi molto lenta e ogni volta richiedeva sempre la password, spesso non collegandosi in rete. Senza queste cose penalizzanti, avrei dato il massimo del punteggio. Colazione buona.

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit dans cette résidence mais cela donne envie d'y retourner pour plusieurs jours et profiter des activités présentes dans les environs. La kitchenette et les ustensiles permettent de faire la cuisine et d'économiser sur les restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. La résidence est très bien entretenue.

Ganska trevligt och familjärt litet lägenhetskomplex i lugn miljö. Bra startpunkt för utflykter men komplexet ligger inte vid havet. Bra frukost med italienska mått. Fokus på italienska turister med få utlänningar. Lämpligt för familjer med småbarn.
