Enjoy your stay in this beautiful, modern, updated 6-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa located inside the guard gated resort community of Windsor Hills. A 10 minute walk to the Windsor Hills clubhouse, waterpark and pools. Just 3 miles from the steps of Disney World and close to all other parks and amenities. We invite you to be our guest!

The main level is open and spacious and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suites). The living room/family room is centered around an 82" 4K smart TV with a sound bar - perfect for a movie night in. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or grab a quick bite to eat before heading out the door. The garage game room includes a pool table, a classic arcade machine with 14 titles for 2 players, and a 85-inch smart TV with PS5. Outside is an enclosed west facing pool and spa for relaxation after a long day at the parks or a simple stay at home getaway. The patio area is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV and an extra large outdoor fan for your outdoor enjoyment.

The second level has three bedrooms. The main bedroom on the second level has a king bed and an ottoman sleeper which can pull out to accommodate another guest. For the kids, there is one princess themed room for your little princesses and an Avenger room for superhero enthusiasts.

Overall the property was spacious and clean. Very impressed with the check in process regarding security purposes. Our grandchild loved her princess room very much. Just some suggestions to follow The kitchen needs a new can opener and crockpot. We had 3 roaches in the kitchen under the refrigerator and stove. The sofa in the living area is very uncomfortable. But we had fun anyway.

My family (14 kids and grandkids) went to Orlando for the theme parks. We experienced the ultimate thrill ride called hurricane Milton. We hunkered down as the house was well built and had a 20’ retaining wall in the backyard that faced west. We did have buckets of rain and wind but never lost power. Shout outs to the caring staff: Wendy who was extremely helpful and Steve who came to secure the pool furniture. He reset it the next day. This is our 4th VRBO rental in Windsor Hills. I can’t recommend this rental high enough. It was perfect. The game room had A/C, a pool table and a home theater. The kids lived there. The pool was great and the hot tub was actually hot. We will be returning to this same house soon.

The house and property were very clean and comfortable. There was an abundance of space for our family of 5. We all really enjoyed the pool and game room/theater. We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren. We had plenty of room and things to do at the condo. The movie room and pool were wonderful. The kitchen, dining and living room kept us all together. Close to Walmart, so food for us was no problem. Can’t wait to return.

The place is exactly as listed. The place was spotless. Wendy was in contact when we needed her because the pool got dirty after a strong thunderstorm and she has someone over the same day to clean it. The only thing I can say negative about my experience was the traffic one 192 is tough every morning and night coming back from the parks. Nothing bad whatsoever about the place. I would 1000% stay again and tecommend this place to friends and family.

This house was perfect for our family get away. It is absolutely stunning with plenty of space. When we weren’t at Disney or Universal parks, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub right in the backyard as well as the other amenities Windsor Hills offers. Wow! What an amazing experience at this fabulous house. We stayed for 11 days, family of 5, and the house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. About 10 mins drive from the Disney parks which was amazing. Food and grocery also close by. I wouldn’t change a thing! Hostess is also incredibly helpful as I left some jewelry behind and she agreed to mail it to me. So happy. Stay here!

The house was great and had more than enough room for all of us. Plenty of pool towels and bathroom towels. The bunk beds are not very comfortable and the pillows aren’t great however you can’t expect to sleep on luxury at a rental. Plus the young kiddos did not seem to mind. There is a very nice playground within walking distance in the neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and a Walmart close by. The host was quick to respond. Most of all the place was clean and smelled clean!! Would definitely recommend.
