Stayed there 2 nights, no problems at all. They greeted me with smiles on their faces. The room was cute & definitely served its purpose. It’s almost right near icon park, just a short walk. The convenience was awesome. I wish the beds would have been a little more firm to my liking for my back, but I made due. Overall, it’s some place I would stay at again.

Everything was excellent with the exception of the shower. The newer showers look nice but they are not practical and every time we showered water would go everywhere

For the price the property was great and located near everything. But there was a lot of smoking and one of the elevator was broken on the third building when we stayed so we had to carry our luggage 3 flights of stairs

Had the king deluxe room the bed was a little squeaky. But overall spacious and clean. The pool area was nice aswell as the bar. Very reasonable priced and convenient location

I have stayed here at least 5 times . I love the size of the pool and the location . All the bars and dining options are right across the street . 20 min Uber ride to the airport and free shuttle to universal studios
