It was comfortable and what we needed for a 3 night stay. The laundry was free for guests which was wonderful and staff were helpful. Parking is secure but is extra which was well communicated.

The hotel overall was good. I had issues in my room that the bathroom was pretty dirty and the room smelled musty. And the ac leaked really bad. I advised the front desk where the guy pretty much shrugged it off and said oh well. We dealt with it because we were on the first floor and we had already unpacked and settled into our room. I hope that guys is no longer working the front because he really needs work on his customer service skills.

Fire alarm and not working elevator

Great spacious room, comfy bed, clean. The alarm went off at 6am and woke the entire building so that sucked… If you’re there to sleep and get ready and that’s it, it’s good. However, if you want snacks, the snacks are extremely limited (like 10 options) in the snack area, and also only one elevator worked the entire trip which made going up and down slow. And remember there’s kitchens, so the alarms go off whenever people in other rooms burn things.
