We recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and while we enjoyed certain aspects of our experience, we left somewhat disappointed. We chose this location specifically because my daughter was looking forward to enjoying the breakfast buffet and having a birthday dinner at the hotel’s highly-rated steak restaurant. However, we were not informed in advance that both the restaurant and buffet would be closed due to low occupancy. When we mentioned our disappointment to the front desk agent, her response was a casual “yeah, sorry,” which felt dismissive given the situation. Had we known about the closures, we likely would have chosen a different, more affordable hotel. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t align with the rates we paid, which was disappointing on what should have been a special occasion. While the hotel itself was nice, better communication and customer service would have greatly improved our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Caribe Royal and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! The location is breathtaking, with stunning views and easy access to all the activities I had hoped to enjoy. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully designed, blending luxury with comfort. Every morning, I looked forward to the delicious breakfast spread that catered to every taste – truly a great way to start the day! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I felt at home. Whether it was arranging excursions, recommending local spots, or even surprising us with special touches during our stay, their dedication and kindness stood out. The resort facilities, from the pool to the spa, were top-notch and provided everything I needed to relax and unwind.

If you have a convention at this resort, you cannot beat staying here. And when you aren't in the convention hall, the water slide is a lot of fun.

The hotel was clean and the staff was so friendly and welcoming that I was able to simply relax for my Birthday, which is what I wanted. Everyone at the hotel was nice. The staff and other customers were super friendly. There was a convention of high tech companies there and I spoke to some of them. They were so friendly I wish I was in the industry would have like to work for a company with that many friendly professionals. A special thank you to Caribe resort for having me and making my Birthday a special one.
