La habitación y los alrededores estaban muy limpios. Las toallas y sábanas impecablemente blancas. Estacionamiento amplio. Muy bueno para viajes en familia. Elegimos una habitación sin alformbras y por lo que no tuvimos problemas con olor a humedad. Nos proporcionaros jabones, shampoo y acondicionar. Muy conveniente el microhondas en la habitación. Recomendación: El desayuno estaba bueno, pero el café es demasiado malo. Tuvimos que comprar todos los días el café. Deben poner una parrilla para huevos fritos y omelette, ya que habemos muchas personas que no nos gusta el huevo revuelto, ni hervido. Todo lo demás tiene un 10 .

It was interesting area with smoke shops and sketchy stores. Didn’t feel super safe in the area. The water park was a huge draw for our family but by the time we got there it was already closed. Definitely paid too much for the place and the rooms were super outdated, paint was old and patched jobs all over. The windows had wood blinds but didn’t black out the room. I wouldn’t recommend the place.

The property has a security guard constantly walking the perimeter and through out the hotel. The staff from the pool area, maintenance, food and bar areas were absolutely amazing. The hotel was clean and nice even after a hurricane. We are definitely coming back

The only good thing about this resort was the phenomenal staff who were very friendly and pleasant. The rooms were very outdated and had a musty smell. To top it off when we went to eat at one of the restaurants it took almost an hour for our order which was wrong and burnt. If you don’t mind horrible food and outdated rooms. By all means stay but personally do not recommend!
