Great 1day trip with kids
I'm not going to lie I was very hesitant about staying that this hotel after reading all of the reviews. But I'm glad that I took a chance and decided to stay. We had an amazing experience. The hotel room alongside the water park with the pools were just wonderful. If I had one complaint about anything it would be that they had bigger bath towels but other than that we will be returning again in your future.

This a wonderful, kid friendly resort! The rooms were comfortable and there was room for all 5 of us to sleep. (2 adults, 3 kids 10,8,2) The water park was perfect for the kids. I felt comfortable letting the older children play at the slides while in the covered pool area for smaller children. The food we ate on property was reasonably priced and good. Any extras we needed were delivered promptly. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the attentiveness of the lifeguard staff. We highly recommend staying here if you have little kids.

Awesome water park
The water park was amazing g and the highlight of the trip! The rooms ion the other hand need a complete overhaul. The rooms are damp and smelly. The bathroom fan didn’t really work causing a lot of steam during a shower which is probably what causing so much dampness in the room. Other than that it was a great stay, great service

The room was pretty run down. We had holes in our walls and some lights that didn’t work. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel and that was amazing! The kids loved the different slides, foam party, and arcade. Also having a Starbucks and laundry room on the facility was very convenient. Overall it was a good experience and for the price we would def consider booking here again.

Place is fantastic and the girl Julissa that checked us in was Wonderful. The place went over and above for us because of a minor issue of not having a microwave in room last time. I did not even bring it up, She saw that and called the room and offered to have one delivered to us ASAP. We didn't need it but the thought and the fact they remembered from last visit in top notch service. Also followed up with us after Check out to make sure we were happy. Great place and people.
