Cypress Pointe Villa Gorgeous 5 Bed, 4 Bath, Pool, Close to Disney

Modern 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms villa with a private south facing pool. A Key-less digital door lock with an alarm system. Guests choose their own security code for their stay. All the rooms have USB charging points.

All Bedrooms have either a 32", 43” or 55” LCD with Roku TV, High Speed WIFI throughout and a Blu-ray player is provided in the living room area. The villa is fully equipped and air-conditioned.

Family Room: This contemporary styled room has a sofa to relax on, 75” TV, HD cable TV, DVD/Blu-ray player and internet access.

Kitchen: is equipped with the latest appliances and equipment that you will need to make the most of your vacation, including a fridge freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, large oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery. The open bar with barstools, a table seating 4.

Dining Area: has a large glass designer dining table, chairs seating 6.

Games Room: Includes an 8 foot pool table, a Samsung 43" TV and PS 4, the games room has a fan added for your comfort.

Master Suite 1: Designer furnished bedroom with king size bed, walk in wardrobe, 55”TV and a USB dock/clock, safe. En-suite with a walk-in shower, and has his and her sinks.

Master Suite 2: Is equally impressive, with king size bed, built-in wardrobe, Samsung 43” TV and a USB dock/clock. En-suite with a walk-in shower, sink.

Bedroom 3: This room features a queen bed, fitted wardrobe, Samsung 43” TV and a walk in shower next door and a USB dock/clock.

Bedroom 4: This Luxury styled room has twin beds, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and Samsung 32” TV. It shares a bathroom with bedroom 5 and a USB dock/clock.

Bedroom 5: A second, twin room also has a bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and Samsung 32” TV and a USB dock/clock.

Laundry Facilities: Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, ironing board and iron.

Pool and Deck Area: The family size south-facing Pool and Spa, with an extended deck area has a secluded outlook on to the conservation area to the side, with sun throughout the day. Pool/Spa heat is available upon request for a fee of $30 per day or Spa only heat for $15 a day.

Perfect spacious home
We rented for a quick get away before Xmas. The home was very spacious and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the garage playroom conversion. The location was perfect with restaurants and grocery store all very close. Check in instructions were very easy and Bruce was quick to reply to any and all questions.

The house was clean and had most things we needed. Very convenient to all the Disney parks and Sea World. Wish we had more downtime to enjoy the pool and relax at the house. We are from Iowa and 70 degree days in December are ment to be outside - pool time was bonus!

Negatives - Hot tub should have been hotter, and most days it took us more than an hour to get to Disney. Traffic and location is horrendous to Disney. We probably spent 70 a day on Ubers getting there and back. One evening it was a hour and a half getting home, traffic backed up the whole way. That adds up . That’s the only complaint. Positives- Everything else was gorgeous, clean, and had everything one would need to feel at home! Loved our stay. Stunning house. Wonderful owner. Didn’t want to leave!

Quiet get way from Theme Parks
We stayed this house for ten days. We planned to visit Disney Parks, Universal Studio, Discovery Cove, and Seaworld. We had busy days at theme parks every day. We enjoyed relaxing time at the house at night. Our child loved the pool, so he played in the pool every day. We caught in the traffic jams returning home during rush hours, but it wasn't too bad. It was less than an hour traffic during peak hours. Twenty minutes off traffic hours. It's very quiet location our of crowds. Very easy access to Disney Theme parks from the house. Overall, we loved to stay at this house.

Lovely Family Villa
The villa was well equipt with a lovely pool are. It was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location, close to the supermarket and restaurants, with eady access onto the I4. Bruce wad an excellent host who sent detailed notes beforehand and checked in during our trip to make sure that we had everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend the villa and will return again when we return to Florida.

The villa is just as shown in the listing. Lovely and spacious property. We loved the private pool and the pool table. Decent distance from Universal and Disney. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Communication with Bruce was prompt and friendly. Would stay again!

We had a great vacation and loved this house. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our extended family gathering. All on one floor helped the older ones. Pool and spa were nice and clean. Kitchen had all the equipment we needed for cooking. Nice neighborhood and not too far from theme parks. Highly recommend, owner was easy to work with as well.

Well located base for all things Orlando
Perfect villa for mixed groups or families (we were a 4 + 2 with plenty of room to spare), in a lovely gated street with everything you'd need for a lengthy stay. The location was ideal for us, with everywhere we wanted to go seeming to take 30mins or less when there weren't traffic incidents along the route. A good variety of options for sit-in or takeout food is available in the more immediate area, should you not wish to use the well equipped kitchen. Having the pool and surrounding area for a rare quiet day was much needed, and exceeded expectations for all ages. The local wildlife added some entertainment as well! The games room was probably a bit too warm to use for any real length of time, but the washing facilities within were a welcome addition. Bruce was responsive to all manner of queries during the holiday, and couldn't have been more helpful.

Fantastic property - perfect for family & friends for theme parks.
My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks with my brother, sister-in-law and 2 nephews (ages 12 & 15). The location was good for all theme parks with a supermarket nearby. The communication with Bruce was perfect and he responded promptly. On arrival we found the property easily and got through the gate system and door lock/alarm as per the instructions no problem. The property was perfect for us; 2 beds with en-suites, 3 other beds & 2 baths ensured each of the nephews their own space. The pool was great to come back to after a long day. We paid for heating & found the spa area heated up if you put the jets on for about 15mins before use. In terms of essentials it was as described. There were enough bin bags, some dishwasher & washing machine tablets (we brought some extra of our own), plus hand soap & 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom. As expected we did have to buy washing up liquid and shower gel/shampoo. For the kitchen we did buy oil for cooking and salt & pepper (it would have been nice if this was provided). Unfortunately the previous guests (or the cleaner?) had left the domestic garbage bin out for collection on the driveway on Saturday (collection was Mon/Tues) and overnight it had been raided by animals so we had to clean it up. We made good use of the BBQ, it would be easier if there was a brighter light as at night we had to cook by torch from our phones! A very comfortable & clean property which we would highly recommend. House was ideally located for hectic days at the parks and then calmer days in the pool and spa. Location very quiet gated community. Teens loved the pool table and games room. Owner was very helpful and accessible for any questions. We would use this property again.

This house was wonderful!!!. The property manager/owner was amazing to deal it. The house was large and very clean. The pool was great and the heated option was a must. When we return to the area for a large family vacation we will absolutely be renting again!!

Amazing getaway!
We had everything you would/could need. Plenty of space for the 9 of us that stayed. Great location, property manager is quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Truly had a great time with family, playing in the pool, watching movies, and playing billiards, when we weren’t out enjoying the attractions.

Our Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time in Florida with the family! The weather was great, and the Parks were amazing. It took us about 20 to 30 minutes to get to the parks from our VRBO house and this was depending on the traffic. There was a lot of construction, but Bruce was kind enough to let us know in advance of that. Our house was large enough for all 8 of us. The rooms were neat and organized. Everyone was happy to have their own space. The outside was amazing; the pool was clean, and it was kept up well. We did end up heating the pool which was not an issue. We emailed Bruce and he immediately put the pool heat on. :) There was also a sauna that we enjoyed. It was really nice to chill in the backyard. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, we often took walks just to get out with the kids. It was really great to be able to do laundry there as well. Having 8 people and 3 young kids it definitely came in handy. The house definitely suited our needs and would not hesitate to rent from Bruce again. It was a very pleasant experience to stay at this house.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. All was as expected. Communications with owner were very good. One small thing is that it wasn't very clean. A lot of dust on surfaces and the bed spreads had hair on (which weren't ours!). The garage was teeming with flies, which later in the week all died. I guess rubbish was stored there as there also was a horrible smell. Needless to say, we stayed out of the garage!!

Comfortable Villa in a great location
We had a great time staying at this villa. The property was in a good location, spacious, very clean and had a good sized pool. We didn’t have any significant issues at all during our stay, but Bruce was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality villa which is close to shops, restaurants and all the parks.

Simply The Best
This villa is the most amazing place in which to stay during a Florida/Orlando visit. We stayed for 14 nights and were extremely happy and comfortable. All the facilities you need are available in the villa and the location is very close to a Publix supermarket and several restaurants. The pool and sun deck are superb and there is a games room with pool table in the garage. We had a minor issue with a broken toilet seat which we reported to Bruce and it was replaced the next day. Communication with Bruce (the host) is very easy and he kept us fully informed during the build up to our family holiday. All the major Disney/Universal attractions are within a fairly short drive and a drive to the Kennedy Space Centre takes about 75-90 minutes. We would strongly recommend this villa to anyone who is considering renting the property for a holiday. We were not disappointed. It is just brilliant. Thank you so much Bruce
