Wonderful house close to Disney
We were a multigenerational group visiting Disney - 3 grandparents, two parents, and 3 kids age 5-11. The house a 15 minute easy drive to the parks with a huge Walmart about a mile away for groceries. The layout was great for our group, bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the game room and swam at both the house pool and the community pool. Owner was communicative and very nice. No complaints - we had a wonderful stay!

Amazing and Family Friendly
We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The game room was excellent we all took turns enjoying the entertainment it offered. We got the code for the clubhouse but the home itself offered So much we didn’t make it to the arcade or theater. We swam everyday, we cooked every day and the details prepared us well. Being close to the Walmart was very convenient although we tried to get all we needed the first day we found ourselves there frequently for small things, which was great. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, there were extra blankets, towels and wash cloths. It felt like home. We look forward to returning, in hopes we could stay here again..

Our stay at neverland was amazing! The host was very nice and responsive. We even got a Christmas surprise. The house was beautiful from the thoughtful design of each room. There is so much for everyone do to, that is conveniently close to the residence. I recommend this home especially if you have a bigger family and need space.

This house is great for a big family. We spent 10 days here with a group of 12, from ages 3 to 70 and we all had a great time. The house was clean and great equipped, the location is amazing and the community is great. 100% recommended.

A "Disney" Slice of Paradise
Property as described in listing. Home exceeded expectations. Extremely clean, room for our family of 8! Every amenity included highchair, strollers, pack and play, plenty of linens, 2 washer and dryer units, a spacious pool and sweet outdoor dining space, a nice game room, comfortable beds, two living areas, & a well stocked kitchen! Great house and superb host
This is a great house in Windsor Hills. Very much as advertised and the host comms was fabulous. We had a great time. As a bigger family we would have really appreciate a few more knives and forks and dishes. We like to cook! Altogether though we would recommend and the double washer and drier was a dream

perfect Disney homemade for families.
this house has lots of space! kids loved the game room and the two living rooms were very helpful when the adults wanted to watch something different from the kids. Some of the furniture could use some updating, particularly in the downstairs bedroom, but it was functional. House was very well equipped and clean. I recommend bringing kitchen wrap, foil, salt and pepper, oil, but other than that everything was there that we needed. !!! We will definitely stay here again if our travel plans, bring us back to Disney! I highly recommend this property

Neverland Home Sweet Home
Ideal location, close to the Disney parks as well as Universal, Seaworld, and everything you need! The home was cozy and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Plenty of space to spread out, and the 10 of us fit quite nicely. We would definitely recommend Neverland to any family looking for a comfy home base on your next Orlando adventure.

Disney/Universal trip for two families
We loved staying here! It was plenty of room for two families (6 children) and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved having access to two washers and dryers. Windsor Hills is a great location from Disney and and quick drive to Universal. I think my youngest daughter preferred the days we stayed away from the parks and just swam in the pool. Overall, it was a great trip and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect space for extended family gathering
This was a wonderful place for the whole family! Kids and adults alike both spent plenty of time in the game room and pool. A little hot tub soak was so appreciated after a long day of amusement park activities. The staff at the check in gate were incredibly nice and very helpful as well.

Awesome!
Six adults and six kids ranging from 11 to 4 years old stayed for a week. Six bedrooms slept every one comfortably and the living areas were spacious and comfy. Pool area and game room were big hits with the kids and everyone had an excellent week in Orlando. Location is convenient to parks and necessities. Would stay here again on a return trip.

Lovely villa in a great location
Pros -Great pool area which gets the sun all day -Nice big house -Really comfy beds -My boys loved the Star Wars room -Windsor Hills is a great gated community so feels safe -Great location - close to all of the theme parks etc -Walmart a mile away -The games room was fun -Lots of options for seating -Good sized kitchen with everything we needed. Cons -Could have been cleaner - hairs in shower, black mould in showers, water marks on shower doors, tiles and mirrors etc -Ceiling fans in some of the bedrooms rather than aircon. We knew this before we went. There was a heatwave and the upstairs aircon broke so we were sweltering over night one night. No one’s fault and owners ensured it got fixed promptly the next day. -Aircon was really noisy - not sure if this is the case with all air cons. -curtains in master bedroom didn’t meet. There were blinds too but if you are trying to sleep once the sun came up, it was really bright. -It would have been useful if the management team (rather than the owner) had contacted us after check in to make contact , to check everything was ok and so we had their details saved. We didn’t hear from the property management at all during our stay. Great communication from the property owner though. -The property was described as ‘all new’ so I would have expected less wear and tear.

We had a great time. The property was great. The proximity to the parks is fantastic. Everything was clean. We had a blast. The neighborhood pool was great. Other than some very minor cosmetic issues, this place was perfect. When we left we already agreed that we would book this place again when we decide to come back.

The Neverland house was magnificent. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 10 to stay. We all really loved the private pool, outdoor area and game room.This house is so close to all Disney attractions, and shopping and was very easy to get to from this house.The gated entrance wasa great extra sense of security during our stay.The main pool/water slides and clubhouse were great fun for all ages.The house and grounds were all well kept. Kristy was so helpful with everything. Thanks.In the future we will be checking back into this same house again for a vacation stay.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our family vacation!

Excellent family vacation home!
Honestly there isn’t anything that we were disappointed with. Every thing that was listed was just as stated. If I would recommend one thing that would be to have an on-site BBQ. Other than missing the BBQ which we found out later could have been rented we had an excellent stay!
