The staff was amazing. The lobby and grounds were decorated for Christmas and was beautiful. Instead of renting a car we used Uber! IMO that’s the only way to get around Orlando. There was a youth football tournament and I give a huge credit to the staff for dealing with these rowdy kids. My room was clean and smelled fresh. The view was of the pool and hot tub. I have no complaints for this visit. It was very comfortable.

Apparently there was a youth football event going on in Orlando, and there were thousands of kids everywhere, very loud. The line to check in was extremely long and they only had two people working. Housekeeping comes early, before checkout has started. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed, so the bathroom floor got soaked. They will nickel and dime you for everything - parking was $33. Breakfast is an additional fee.

I only stayed overnight. I had visited for Mother’s Day weekend back in 2023. The staff was friendly, chocolate chip cookies were warm. Thank you to Ms. Linda Carter at the front desk! No complaints. The room was clean and so was the bathroom.

Absolutely old, poor hotel. Definitely would never stay again. It looks like a motel 1* but not as hotel 4* as was shown in Expedia. Even though there was no complimentary water in the room, the sticker in that room said that they provide it.
