My story was a nightmare. Rude and disrespectful night manager. They charged 39 dollars a night parking, with no where to park.

A few minutes after i made my reservation; i had a family emergency so i called the hotel to cancel my reservation. They told me i needed to call Expedia to cancel. I told them i did but i couldn’t cancel via Expedia because the check in time had passed and Expedia advised to contact the hotel directly to have the reservation canceled. I was given the run around all night just to find out they were trying to delay the process until around 11pm so they would not refund my money. And that’s exactly what happened. Until today i have been unsuccessful in reaching someone at the front desk.

The first room I was assigned was already booked. Had to wait to get another one. After having such a long day I went to shower and the water smelled like sewage. The water didn’t drain from the shower until after I was done. The toilet was loose so every time you sit the toilet sound move. The door to the room was all jammed up. The bottom didn’t have the rubber that it usually has so you can feel the cold coming in and out plus if there’s any lizards or roaches they can come right in.

Honestly, the stay was OK. Beds were comfortable. They definitely need to upgrade their bathroom the toilet the showers definitely need a remodel. The room was humid and there was two moths coming out of the bathroom not sure if it was due to the humidity. Also, I did not appreciate the unclear fees that the hotel charged such as the parking resort fees, state, and county tax.

The staff on arrival was unprofessional. Maybe they should actually pay attention to what is being said multiple times rather than be snobby and rude when they try to put 2 couples in 1 room rather than reading the reservation OR even listening to us that it’s 2 rooms. Then we get to the rooms. A nice roach comes out of the fridge. The desk is multi colors from I assume being scrubbed of bleach? So much? The should head was small and hardly any water pressure was provided. Meanwhile the other room had 2 shower heads and full pressure. Both rooms the same. From 10pm to 4am our lovely neighbors decided to blast their TVs full so our 2 year old was crying scared of his lovely action movies. After me yelling and banging on the door to nothing I had to walk the other side of this large property to the front desk because NOONE ANSWERED the phone after multiple tries. It was lovely doing this in freezing weather. Then security comes. Banging on the door for another 30 mins. Just for him to finally “turn it down” as we still hear it through the paper walls. The breakfast was the ONLY highlight of this stay. I would highly recommend adding on to your stay. I would also highly recommend to ONLY BOOK TOWER. Deluxe rooms are not tower and the biggest waste of money. This hotel def shows that anyone staying in the tower is treated better and also rooms are cleaner. We’ve stayed in the tower before, junior suites. Was treated perfectly. This experience. THE WORST.

It was awesome and there are free activities for the family while staying there, pool tables, miniature golf, large checkerboard game, foosball, swimming pool and hot tub. They were very welcoming and even give my children warm cookies. It’s beautifully decorated for the holidays and the kids really enjoyed staying there!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We’ll never stay here again. 1.) Parking is very limited. Tried going through the gate to find somewhere to park, but the gate will not open unless you are checked in and have a hotel key. When we tried to back out of the gate entrance, the person behind us would rather lay on her horn than back up so we could get out. Turning around (when she finally did move) was a pain because there isn’t much room. We wound up parking in a spot reserved for valet parking. Once we made it in, the fella’s behind the counter said to stay parked there & walk to our room. However, the parking spot was nowhere near our room as there weren’t any parking spots down that way, and we had a lot to carry in. 2.) We booked a room in the tower. However, when checking in, they had no rooms in the tower. If I reserved tower room (paid for upon reservation), how do we not have a room in the tower? Was given a Villa room. Asked about price between tower and Villa (because they’re not giving us what we paid for). We were told that all the rooms are the same price (we all know that’s bs). As we were leaving to go to our room, they did give us a free breakfast voucher for the inconvenience though. 3.) In room (handicap - not requested) - Coffee maker & fridge don’t work - Toilet broken, would fill, stop, fill again, stop. , ect. Then wouldn’t flush at all in the night.
