This was our first time at this hotel. We were given the wrong room type but the front desk person quickly corrected. We liked the breakfast, but the "kickback" was school cafeteria style food that my children wouldnt eat-even the hot dogs were boiled/discolored looking. They offer free alcohol drinks but would not given my child milk and made us leave our food to go to the lobby to purchase a little container of milk (for $5). I didnt even use the alcohol vouchers so not giving milk to a child seemed ridiculous when it was readily available. The laundry charged a $10 hold on your card for every swipe. It took 4 swipes to wash and fully dry one load of wash. We did not use the busses but they seemed readily available. The location of the hotel and pool were great. The staff was very friendly.

The Rooms where nice, the stay was great! the staff was super nice and eager to help or go out of there way. I would stay there again and again, good parking but should be included with the room. The extras were what makes it better than most.

We totally loved Mickey waffles and sausage every morning. The shuttles made it very convenient, but make sure you have a schedule. The room was super comfy and clean.
