We weren’t able to check in until after midnight. The attendant was very nice but struggled because of language differences. I had to fill in information on her computer myself. It took a long time and we were very tired so it was frustrating.
Floors have no carpet to absorb the noise. The people upstairs were running around all night. We called at 1am The staff member said he would cl & he must have they stopped for about 1/2 hr then it began again cld again about 3am he said he would let mgr. know. Spoke to her in am she said she would move us, but room would not be ready in afternoon. We were going to Nascar race. She said she would leave note. We got back late staff acted like we were lying. Then she found note, but she cld mgr. she seemed very irritated, but finally. Gave us key. Did not like feeling like we would lie about being moved.
We loved our stay here. We booked it last minute. The staff was very nice. Close to everything we needed. They were amazing when we left a bag in our room. They called and held the bag for us until we were able to get it. Thank you again.

Stark bare-bones room, bed and bedclothes were fine.
Someone spent all night running through the hallway, stomping, and slamming doors. When I finally asked the front desk to do something about it they declined. As a result no one in my family got much of any sleep before our 6am flight.
Roaches in our room. Went to the front desk for a refund where the lady called the manager and said we have another guest with roaches in their room. She said they had just fumigated.
I would not stay here again or recommend. Bed was hard, pillows were hard and flat. Air conditioner in room noisily turned on and off every 15 min the entire night so none of us slept at all. Upon arrival, no front desk person due to her being outside attending to a guest whose car had just been keyed. Room was clean and spacious would be the only pros I can give to this hotel. Left too early in the morning to review the breakfast as we were just staying one night to be close to the airport, which wound up being 15 min away so not as close as advertised.
The room has certain odor though the bathroom seemed to be clean. When I shou off the bathroom door, it seemed to be better. The shared common area is not super clean.

The property was a good option for 1 night however it needs to be sprayed. There were a few little worm like bugs in the bath area.
the room was huge! had multiple light switches so that my whole party could see where they needed to without disturbing everyone else also lots of outlets to everybody had space to plug in their devices. A drawback was I like a soft bed and it wasn't very soft, it wasn't super hard but definitely not pillow top like and breakfast most definitely was not super great like a Hampton but the hotel was also much less expensive.
everyone was super friendly even the housekeeping staff would say good morning or hello
We were so tired when we went to check in at 8:30 pm. There was no one at the desk. A few minutes later, someone came up and pressed the button on the wall to hand the employee a soda. We'd still be standing there waiting had he not known to ring the bell.
