Location is great and front desk was professional at check-in. Property itself could use a little more attention to detail regarding maintenance and housekeeping. For example, a large mirror was hanging very crooked in the dining room, the kitchen trash hadn’t been emptied, there were a couple of hairs on the toilet and the tub, the dishwasher had rust on the dish racks, and the bathtub faucet dripped constantly.

Review of the Property Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The entire place is run down and poorly maintained. The landscaping was neglected, with palm trees covered in dead limbs. The pool area was dirty and unattended, with no staff in sight to address cleanliness or maintenance. Our unit was also in terrible condition. Upon arrival, both beds were dirty and appeared to have been slept in, requiring us to call for service to change them. The kitchen was entirely unequipped, forcing us to purchase cooking utensils from Walmart. The toilet ran continuously throughout our stay and was never repaired despite multiple requests. The master suite bed was old and uncomfortable, with one side sagging significantly. The floors were filthy, leaving our feet blackened if we walked barefoot. The front desk staff were unhelpful, and the manager was completely unresponsive. Despite repeated requests for housekeeping and maintenance, no one ever addressed the issues we reported. This property feels like a low-budget resort with little regard for guests’ comfort or experience. Save yourself the disappointment and spend a bit more to stay at a well-maintained property like the Sheraton Vistana Resort across the street. This was not worth the money or the frustration.

Handicap units only have handicap bathroom as second bath, not master bed/bath. Not much room to maneuver wheelchair in second/third bedroom, but we moved a bed and got enough room. Very nice pool, excellent access via ramp into water for wheelchair users in addition to pool lift. No access to hottub. Access into pool area only through 2 gates, one where we had to pass the bar area, or one (between pond and buildings) where there was no drop on curb to access sidewalk/path to pool unless we walked around to frontside of the buildings.
