Disney stay
Property was nice, clean, comfortable. We were a bit put off that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom for 7 people for a week also only 1 extra garbage sack, and no dishwasher detergent (just dish soap for sink) Would be good info in the listing so we could have purchased the day of arrival instead of late at night after a parks day. Would stay again if ever traveling there again.

We stayed for a month in this home and it fulfilled each and every one of our expectations!!! There were a few problems with the internet dropping, but other than that everything is as listed and very cozy!! If given the chance we would stay again!!

House was great, hot tub and wi-fi... not so much.
Our plan was to drop our teen kids at various malls, parks, etc and get some much deserved relaxing at the house. We were there a total of 6 days and they only got the wi-fi going for about 3-4 hours total of our entire stay. This means we couldn't stream anything or use the smart TVs or internet. The other plan was to do a lot of soaking in the hot tub. It would only get warm for 20-30 minutes then pump cold water. They "fixed" it multiple times over the course of our trip, but only got it properly fixed the day we were leaving. We still had a decent vacation but fighting with these two issues over the vacation certainly cast a dark cloud over it. Oh well, life goes on.

Nothing like you would expect. Our stay was six weeks long and we paid almost 8,000 The large burner on the stove was not working since we arrived. Was promised a new stove that never materialized. The pool was 103 degrees same as hot tub which is not very refreshing Pool man was there a few times said it was a programming error but always had a recurring problem. The windows were filthy with mold. We cleaned them ourselves . Don’t try to go barefoot cause the floors were filthy. Had to wash them as well Safe was not working our entire stay. The property manager became very hostile and when we asked to be directly in contact with the host she never gave us the information and cut off all correspondence with us Should have a different career. Contacted vrbo and was told not enough to escalate a claim. So what is ?

Nice home
The home was plenty of space for the eight of us. Home was clean, could use a deep clean as floors left grandson who crawls with dirty legs & feet. Also, recommend if you’re using the pool that you need not pay extra for heating it as it never felt warm like a normal heated pool & hot tub. $280 for 7 days was a waste. Pool was ok and we used it just not warm for our grand babies. And I read in one persons review lots of rules & thought someone is probably really picky but yes it’s true. Wasn’t terrible but a little let down.

There was Pros & Cons with the stay.. I paid for the house in full when I booked it was given a code to access the door 24 hours before. When my family and I arrived the code didn’t work. It was terrible storm and cell phone didn’t work well on the property after a hour of we was texted a different code from the property management. The insurance internet went out the same time everyday that we stayed. The pool man came to clean the pool after we was there three days and I was charged pool cleaning fee for one day of clean pool. They also charge for cleaning service when they have a list of rules for you to do. The house itself is beautiful the gated community is a plus but the lack of communication from the owner is not professional at all. They took my $1300 but now won’t message me back about my concerns. I will never stay here again..

Great house lots of room and beautiful pool. Could use a more through clean. We had the pool heated and it was a bit too warm for 88° weather. I'm sure that could have been resolved with a simple text. Quiet gated community. It's about a 45 minute drive to the parks with heavy traffic. Overall great place with easy and convenient booking process!

Hard to grade
Let's start with the good: *the pool was large and clean *the place was very large and immaculately clean *kitchen was had most everything you could want *tvs in every room with fantastic wifi *property was located in a very nice neighborhood and safe and secure *Washer and dryer worked great The not so good: *We paid for having the pool heated. It was very slightly warm if you ran the hottub for over an hour. It was still usable due to the warm weather, but it wasn't until we said something to the owner who sent over the pool guy that I believe it actually got turned on. *We paid for 4 adults and 3 kids to stay at the place for six nights. We were left with TWO small rolls of toilet paper!!! We've stayed in many, many, many VRBO's over the years and I've never had to ration toilet paper or not had extras. The response from the owner was that there is enough to get you started but they don't supply. I get people are bad guests and probably steal the stuff, but needing to go buy toilet paper on vacation is not something you expect. *The property management has clearly had some issues with bad guests. I get that. People can be irresponsible jerks, but upon entering the property there are notices EVERYWHERE basically condemning guests for things that past guests have done and stating they'll charge you for everything under the sun. I don't like feeling guilty for crap I haven't done. It wasn't welcoming at all and we ended up walking on eggshells the entire time to ensure we didn't get charged $42 for a missing washcloth. *The pool table and foosball table were not usable (broken down and in the garage (which is angled to drain water in the event of flooding)). This was terribly disappointing as my kids were really looking forward to using them. The neither good nor bad: *Property is 40 mins to Disney, 40 to Lego Land and 75 mins to Kennedy Space Center. *Property is a bit off the beaten path. *Had a difficult time with the front time lock upon arriving at the property. Took about ten mins to figure it out. Not a big deal, just a bit tricky if not used to how the lock works. All in all, the place was huge, very clean, and furniture was clean. I'm not sure I'd stay here again, though, due to the accusatory tones of the 10,000 notes scattered across the property.

The property could be great if it was given better care. Broken pots by pool, cobwebs in the house, outdoor furniture very dirty and beat up. We paid for pool/hot tub heating. The hot tub quit working the day after we checked in. Someone came to fix it a couple days later. But then the hot tub would never heat up. It stayed the same temp as the pool the entire time. We asked to have it checked again, but nothing ever came of it. The thermostat in the house can only be set as low as 76. We had some almost 90 degree days. We were hot in the house the entire week. This should also not be listed as a “close to Disney” property. It took about 40 minutes to get there because traffic is so bad. It took an hour and a half to Universal. Unfortunately this rental did not meet the quality standards we’ve always had through VRBO rentals. We were disappointed that it didn’t match the reviews/pictures online. We definitely felt we did not get what we paid for.

Just what we needed!
The place was exactly like what was shown in the pictures. Very clean and spacious. We had trouble with a new wifi router when we first arrived due to cable company not setting it up right. Ian from the property management team was there and fixed it within 10 minutes of me contacting them about it. The pool was wonderful. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable as well as the couches and chairs throughout the house. It took us a little longer driving to and from Disney due to to higher than we expected traffic. But all in all we would definitely recommend this place, and we will try and rent again in the future.
