There is 1 shuttle per day only to one park. They advertise food and drinks for lunch. There is no lunch and limited hours for restaurant with few choices. Had to Uber everywhere. Not walking distance to anything. We stayed 2 nights. One night there was a large group of men in the parking lot with VERY loud music and alcohol and didn’t feel safe. Will not stay here again. Staff was friendly but not responsive

Disappointed in Hilton

The hotel was nicely decorated and check-in was smooth. However the door locks sometimes failed resulting in trips to the front desk to get maintenance to fix the lock. The hotel was fully booked so there was no other room to move to. The other issue is the water pressure is extremely weak. Taking a shower takes a long time because the shower head just provides a small stream of water.

Great room and location

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was wonderful and the food from the restaurant was delicious! My only complaint was the room didn’t have sufficient lighting. Two of the lamps had their bulbs missing. I told the front desk and they sent someone up. The gentleman came, and said he would be back but never came back. It didn’t bother me, I was going to bed and didn’t need the lights anyway. Overall I would most definitely stay there again.

Worst hotel experience

No hot water in shower first day. 2nd day only very hot. No one brought soap til the next day when it was requested. Why have black out curtains that DO NOT cover the window. One of the beds squeaked annoyingly and that was just from turning over in bed. The front desk was very courteous but again there was no response when asking for soap.

Very clean hotel, the gentleman at the front desk was very professional and helpful. The hotel had an issue with the hot water while we were there but they took care of us and made things right. Very responsive.
