Noisy street not the fault of the hotel
I had a fantastic stay here. One exception that is NOT the fault of the hotel. Staying streetside to the intersection of Rosalind is EXTREMELY noisy. If you sleep light like I do, you may want to ask for another room if you are streetside.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very nice. However, we needed more coffee and towels, and they were never brought to our room. Our room was never touched up from housekeeping in between the days of our stays, although a new common practice is they don’t do it unless you requested it so maybe that was the case. we were told not to walk anywhere at night because of safety issues and with that being said There really weren’t many places to eat dinner. We walked downtown during the day to have breakfast, but there was really only one place that seemed decent. We went because of a concert, but I don’t know that I would stay anywhere downtown ever again.

The floors were slick. And remained slick even after I asked them to clean the room. There needs to be actual glasses for water. And replenish coffee daily not just when I call. Breakfast should be included. Prices for food and bev were a lot. The upcharge was a bit much.

Overall we had a great stay , checking in was smooth. Valet parking is $35 (Which I didn’t do) but there is a garage across the street. We had a nice view on the 7th floor , the room was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice , and we will definitely be coming back .

The hotel is in the heart of downtown and a great location! The room was in excellent condition and very comfortable! The parking, however, was very expensive - valet only at almost $40 a day. But there’s a garage a block away for $18 a day and $10 a day on weekends or after 6p. I’d stay here again!
