Unfriendly staff, restaurant closed prior to advertised time, no shower gel in bathroom and we were new arrivals. No extra amenities in bathroon- miniature lotion, handsoap. As a Hilton Honours member it was a very dissatisfied service. Do note that the Hilton member is Tracey Goddard sharing a room with Gabriela.

You get what you pay for.
The lobby decoration is bright and cold. Not relaxing at all. The breakfast is limited and unappetizing. The room was not cleaned during my two day stay. So I ran out of coffee in the room. $7 for a cup of coffee in the lobby with artificial cream. The TV has live programs but no netflix unless you use your own account. The beds are comfortable! Location is good for Millenial Mall and such but it is really a no walk area. Must have a car.

Enjoyed staying at this property, although checkin was a bit slow, they gave me the wrong room and all the bathroom soap, shampoo and body soaps were empty I did enjoy my stay there. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. I would definitely definitely stay there again

The hotel is new and very modern. My 9 year old son loved the aquarium and the lights that move with you that were built into the floor at the front desk. The room was clean and sufficient for what we needed.

Disappointing.
The quality of my stay was disappointing. I get in the shower and there's no soap. The floor was damp near the A/C unit by the window and I found lipstick stain on the bedsheets. Not well maintained.

Room was no clean, I went to Orlando for an event and just needed a place to sleep and fell safe. Well room was no clean as I would spect for a 100 dollar night I will expect that for a 50 dollar hotel/motel. When I went to sleep and I put my head on the pillow smell like somebody full of sweat slept in it.night stand small table were dirty like somebody used them and the room wasn’t clean. The room was a connect room the door was never lock when I enter the room somebody could have enter at any time from the other if I didn’t check. So far won’t recommend this hotel.

The entire time at stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at Millenia the wire-fi was not working. This made me miss an important meeting on zoom. This cost me extra money. The key card to my room door was hard to open. It took me many tries to get into my room.

Brand new modern hotel. Large rooms, large shower. Very close to the mall and other shopping. I would definitely stay again. Great price for the value. Only thing is they charge for parking, not even secure or covered parking. I feel like it is just another way to get extra money from customers.
