The rooms are small and the bathroom is too. In addition, the walls are not soundproofed. The neighbor in the next room made noise at night, talking loudly and yelling at his child. In addition, all the smells from the next room were transferred to ours. We slept and woke up to a very strong smell of perfume from the neighbor next door. The room does not have windows that can be opened, which makes it difficult for the air to circulate, so that the smell could escape. In addition, the hotel charges a resort fee in the winter, which I do not think is fair, since no one uses the cold pool in the winter. I do not recommend it. We had a bad experience on my birthday.

The biggest issue is the only provide2 wash cloth for 2 days with four people in the room that is 6 short and they will not bring you new ones to your room you have to use hand towels from the front desk

This was a step above terrible
I'll start by saying the check in staff was pleasant. And I was happy there was a proper starbucks on property though it was sold out of nearly every breakfast sandwich option. I walked into a hot room after midnight after celebrating NY Eve, exhausted. There was no thermostat in the room. I called the front desk, they said maintenance was coming. I sat up waiting, maintenance never came. They said they couldn't send a fan. I ended falling asleep waiting. They must have done something remotely, because I woke up in a FREEZING room, again with no thermostat to adjust the temperature. I'm pretty sure the mattress was made out of concrete. I think I woke up bruised from the pain of laying on that mattress. It's a shame because the property is in great proximity to the parks, but it will be a hard pass for me.

Filthy, stinky rooms, please avoid this hotel by all means Also during the booking, they say Parking and Breakfast are included but once you check in they twist this statement and collect resort fees and their front desk is very rude.
