When I checked in the girl was very rude and very short like she was having a bad day or maybe she didn’t like her job. I wasn’t given the welcome package and I had to go find my own room. My stay should have been better.

I cannot stress enough, this is NOT a resort. Wait until you feast your eyes upon the oasis pool under "construction" (which you will not be told upon checkin unless you ask). 3 of the maybe 5 elevators are out of service. The property is in shambles. If you can find the "waterpark" pool, let me know. It is buried somewhere in the myriad of dirty dingy buildings that comprises this mess. Its a stretch to call place this an expanded motel, as I have stayed in some very quaint, clean motels in my life. Whatever this was, its tired and needs to be shut down.

The hotel was clean and suite was comfortable but they only clean rooms every 5 days which is unreal for a family of 5. Also, fire alarm came o. At 6am and we were located on the 5th floor with no access to the elevator. In addition, it was freezing cold outside that morning.

Do not stay here. It’s more like a motel. Don’t be fooled by their excessively filtered room pics. It’s easy to tell some people are permanent residents here. It is not a vacation atmosphere. After voicing our concerns they did transfer us to diff rooms on a diff floor but unfortunately both were equally dreadful. It’s easy to tell they slap paint on everything. Both Bathrooms had a sewer odor, drains kept getting clogged, Carpet & laminate floors were very dirty, not to mention the floor tiles in the kitchen were sliding all over the place (Yes you heard that correctly). The bathroom door was practically rotting because none of the bathrooms have ventilation, there’s a switch but none of them worked. House keeping could care less about the cleanliness. Broken shutters and horrible lighting. Walls are paper thin! After visiting the pool and meeting other guests, sadly they were all having the same experience. They gave us a $400 credit for the trouble. We paid $3k. Never again.

1. Incomplete Room Service During my stay, I repeatedly tried to contact the service team but was unable to get the assistance I needed, which severely impacted my normal accommodation needs. 2. No Staff On Duty After Midnight When I tried to contact the front desk at midnight, I found no staff on duty. This is completely inconsistent with the basic service standards of an international hotel and greatly affected our sense of security and travel arrangements. 3. Unclear Ice Machine Signage While looking for the ice machine, I had to search through multiple buildings due to unclear signage, which was both time-consuming and inconvenient. 4. Rude Behavior by Room Service Staff On January 6th, after lodging a complaint, the staff delivering items had a very poor attitude. They banged on the door forcefully and tossed the items at me, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of your standard. 5. Dismissive Attitude of the Duty Manager When I raised these issues, the duty manager responded dismissively by merely arranging a “full room cleaning” without addressing my complaints substantively.

Ceiling Fan in master bedroom has built in Light, but no way to keep control of it. The Light came on by itself 4 times our first night from 2:00 am to 4:00 am. Maintenance said other rooms might be controlling with their remote because its on the same frequency!!.

Ended up not staying there. Check in process was a nightmare. We did pre check in and was able to use pool while we waited for room keys. Finally got a text that Ron was available waited in line for an hour to be told I was in the wrong line then had to move and wait 45 more minutes to get reimbursed

It looks like they’re updating the property, which is great! This is the old Nickelodeon hotel and I think it maybe it could be a little brighter and more fun. However, I wish the food options were a little cheaper, like the burger place was good, but it was very pricey

We stayed right before Christmas, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helped us get one of the two rooms we booked before 10am with and extra fee. I did not like that they offer "free" cupons and "free" transportation to see their big resort with a $100 cash "reward" and free transportation to Disney Springs after the tour. I did not get that it was a timeshare type of thing until after. The tour was supposed to be 90 minutes and it took almost 4 hours and after we said no to buying we were handed our $100 but the shuttle just letf us in the front of the resort property and we had to pay for the taxi to get to Disney Springs. Just beware the "free" cupons means a timeshare tour/presentation. Otherwise, the rooms were clean upon arival and the cleanimg lady memdtiom that you have to request the cleaning of rhe room otherwise if is done evefy 5 days which was very strange, and super spacious.
