The hotel was not well kept. Our room smelled really bad like someone smoked in there. The room carpet was dirty and the furniture and bathroom don’t match was is in the pictures. The only good thing is the staff that is really nice and super professional

Stay during hurricane
We stayed at this property when we evacuated for hurricane Milton. The staff took excellent care of the guests and remained friendly and helpful during such a difficult time. They communicated with us throughout our stay regarding what to expect due to the storm. Thank you!

Thermostat was broke the room would not get higher than 68, we froze. The lights didn't work in the vanity area or the bathroom. We were not offered another room. A repair man was in our room at 10:30 at night taking the whole vanity mirror off the wall. My teen daughters and I sitting on our beds waiting. He said he fixed therno but didn't. Said they would have to come back the next day to fix light. So we had people in our room while we were out. The safe would not set. There were no locks on the bathroom or bedroom doors. The installed the bathroom while we were out. We booked because the site said a 3 min. walk to Universal-this was not so. When we arrived we were told to sign up for the shuttle about 10 min. before the time. We did this the first day. The second day we were told it was full. I told the front desk what we were told and they said its the day before. This is a lot. No discount was given, not even an apology. I could not believe that we were not offered another room. We had to put our make up on in the dark and use the restroom with our phone lights.

Hotel with convenient location, across from universal studio. Hotel have to update prices for parking online. I paid $54,25 for 2 days. Don’t pay for parking online, because you will have to register and pay online after arriving by the QR code.

The hotel was priced perfect for a family trip and the front desk staff were womderful. Our room was an hr late being readu just from oversight error on housekeeping. Super close to family activies and the restaurant was a decent breakfast.

Hotel room was clean, but rundown. They never delivered new towels to our room after asking for new ones 2-4 times, so we had to grab hand towels from the fitness center to dry off. Shower handle felt falling off.
