They charged me $106 at 3am claiming they originally undercharged me by $50. Couldn’t tell me why they charged $106 instead of $50 and said it was for a pet fee, that I confirmed was already on my bill at check-in. Didn’t call or let me know they would be charging my card in the middle of the night and won’t give me my money back. Talked to other people staying there who claimed their room had fleas and the hotel staff wouldn’t refund their money either. Would never stay here again, sketchy and money hungry.

The hotel was clean! I didn’t like the over priced activities fee! Not sure what all that was about! There are no activities!! Also the parking fee was over the top! You only find out about the two fees once you arrive! This is not cool and nothing to show for it!

The hotel was conviently located and affordable, however, there were sugar ants in the room and a few other small bugs. The hall smelled of mildew, and the complimentary water tasted moldy.

The suite we had was a great set up but our 2nd bathroom the tub did not drain. Cleaning supplies were left on the sinks and towels on the floors. We spoke with the staff and did get a comp for the destination fee.

Got to the hotel at exactly 4pm to check in. Was told room wasn't ready yet and we'd get a text when it was. Sat in a parking lot with our two year old for over an hour before using our last bit of phone battery to call for an update. After being on hold for 8 minutes, we were told the room had been ready - never got a text. The room was blazing hot on 78 degrees and still has not gone below 76 many hours later. The bathroom sink had ants crawling in it and parts of the grout in the shower are black. Not worth the money we paid.

Good hotel but…..
Say was good. The 2 bedroom suite was roomy but everything felt damp. The sheets, carpet and my shoes in the am felt damp. Also parking is $24 a day and we were not tole upon booking.

Very basic hotel, nothing special, my room had a very musky odor, tv was not operational, the bathtub was extremely slick, no microwaves, on the positive note the beds were comfortable, and the front desk was nice . Other than that I would just pay more to stay next door at the doubletree

The shampoo bottles (travel sample size bottles) look like they've already been used, just wiped off....they're about 1/2 full or so in each of them. Had to shove into my door to get it unstuck just to get in my room. Walls need better wiped down. Its just kind of nit picking stuff thats noticed, overall cleanliness is good.
