We went to all 4 Disney parks and universal with no problems. The place was clean, nothing was stolen, and the breakfast in the morning saved us a lot of money. Would definitely come again!

Liked the spacious, clean rooms, pool area and friendly staff. Just one pointer - you have to be organised to book the shuttle bus to the parks as there are only one or two time slots a day each way and they get booked up. Would stay again.

Overall, nice stay
The hotel was beautiful and well kept. Jamal checked us in and was very kind. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom had a dirty ring around the top inside ring and our mattress was a little uncomfortable on my finicky back. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back for another stay.

The amount of storage in the room was amazing. Right across the street from a Target to get quick groceries. Beds were super comfortable. Mickey waffles for breakfast were fantastic. Great front desk staff. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Pool was not heated. We chose this property as we were told by hotel that pool would be heated. When we approached the front desk we got an attitude about it basically telling us it’s a heated pool. The water was freezing cold. The breakfast choices are very limited. It’s the same thing every day and the restaurant choice around the area is a bit limited also.
