I enjoyed my stay at Home2 Suites. I went up for a late birthday trip and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room as well as the care of the staff. It is a great distance from many stores and attractions, including Walt Disney World which is only about a 20 minute drive away.

The room was good but shower in the bath was not good as it is faulty and less water coming out of it so we had problem with bath every day. We reported the issue to staff and they checked the issue but it won't resolved. Otherwise, everything is good.

Pool slide closed on one day of trip which was a big bummer with kids due to being a major reason for staying at the hotel. Breakfast attendants close breakfast sharply at 8:59 so don’t be a minute late because they will close it in you!

I could not check in until 1 am in the morning. Called the hotel 3 times, no one answered the call. When I arrived, one staff member chased down another customer that could not get a room , so I had to wait for her to return. There was no where to park so I had to use the parking garage. Parked on the 3rd level. There was no entry into the hotel. I had to go back down to the 1st, walk through the gated pool area back to the front of hotel, use the interior elevator to get to my room. There has to be a better way to access the interior of the hotel from the parking garage.

The extra sheets for the sofa bed had stains on them. Front desk sent some new ones promptly. Everything could’ve used a good scrubbing though. Things were super clean
