Where do I even start! There was mold on the lamp shade, on both the long and small lamp was rust all around. It was so bad that my charger didn’t want to work saying there was water in the outlet. Theres something in the room where there’s moisture causing mold and rust. When it came to breakfast food which was good I’ll admit, I get told a I can’t eat in the comfort of my own space. This is the first Inn that told me I had to eat in the breakfast area. The fact that styrofoam plates were given and expected to be used in the microwave is not safe. Even when I choose to have a bagel, the heat melted the plate. When I wanted water I also had to go out there and get my own water. Which I thought was a simple human necessity to just have. I’d figure there was atleast a water fountain. You can feel the spring in the bed you can even hear it. I felt alittle sick of the moisture and mold. Honestly if it weren’t for the fact that I was far from home and have a 2 month with me, I would’ve wanted a full refund and leave. I’ll say is the pictures look like literally day 1 they opened and NEVER changed then again. (I have pictures for reference)

Overall really good but takes way too long to get deposit back. And please update sign out front to say developers inn not baymont and put on expedia info that the sign still says baymont. Staff wonderful including manager. Upper admins need to do better.

Wouldn’t stay here again.
The employees were very nice and welcoming when checking in. The room itself was a bottom floor parking lot facing room. The room had a very musty odor like mold and cigarettes, there was only one main light near the window, the door had cracks around the sides and we were worried about bugs and other wildlife coming in (some flies or small bugs did), the baseboard behind the door was falling off and showed concerning wall damage of some sort, the chair was very stained, the lamp at the bed didn’t work and only one of the outlets worked. Personally, I didn’t really want to go make a fuss about it, have them switch our rooms or something because I didn’t think they would have anything better, but a nicer second room wouldn’t make up for having a room like what this room was. Just needed a place to sleep after going to Universal Halloween Horror Nights, we didn’t spend very much time in the room. Despite these issues, the staff members were very kind and welcoming, and the level of cleanliness was appreciated, minus the chair. We didn’t eat the breakfast but it was offered, only a muffin and one other thing I can’t remember. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, and wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending it.

Upon entering there was terrible odor. Black spray paint was all over the bathroom mirror and the decor is extremely outdated. I refused to stay and checked out immediately. I requested a refund and was denied. Will file a dispute with my credit card company.
