The property was okay. Our rooms were clean although the furniture is a little worn out. Most of the drawers in the bedroom did not close or could not be opened. As three adults had to share the small bedroom, it was very crowded and nowhere to put things. I asked for an upgrade when I arrived but the lady in the reception acted like I was asking for something strange. I also had the impression that we should get a free beverage per person and a $ 25 spa voucher per room. The receptionist told me that we can get only one free beverage and only one Spa voucher per Reservation. So that was a disappointment. Our plan was to do a Spa day for the whole group, using the 3 vouchers as partial payment and of course pay for the rest of the treatments for the group who did not get the voucher. So we decided to skip the spa day entirely. It was convenient that our rooms were in building 2 and the convenience store stayed open until late. We made good use of that.

This was our second stay here. First time around, we were in a beautiful, seemingly newly renovated room. This time around, we were in a much older room. Couch was shot, mattress was shot, hot tub was filthy. Wouldnā€™t stay here again.

You get what you pay for! Overall it was very nice. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped but donā€™t expect to have all the utensils to cook elaborated meals. Close to Disney and I loved that they offered free transportation to the parks. We asked for rooms with pool views and they didnā€™t disappoint. The staff was AMAZING, everyone was so helpful and nice. You also have a Walmart soooo close, you can really take care of your diet during the trip. My mom used the jacuzzi that was on her room and she loved it. Very nice tbh. You will find a couple of stains throughout the furniture since everything is fabric butā€¦ no funny smells whatsoever. I just wish they had airport picking/dropping service! But very nice. Also the pool is so cool.

The check-in process was efficient. However, the time-share sales pitch was an unwelcome addition. The cleanliness of the place was satisfactory, although additional toilet paper and paper towels would have been appreciated. Aside from this, the room was well-maintained and in a clean condition.

Property check in was easy and service was great . The floor our room was on smelled horrible, the rooms were clean but we found dirty socks under the pillows in one of the beds and the hot water was scarce.

Room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed this property location. The only problem was that there was not enough parking and parking in the small garage area is nearly impossible for large vehicles.

A very old and rundown property. Not many things worked in our condo. Bathroom fan, jacuzzi, sprayer in sink, door to balcony all needed repairs. I would not stay here again. Not worth the money.

It was decent. Needs to be updated. I donā€™t like that they charge an extra fee for housekeeping and more towels for a five night stay. They charge or we can wash and dry the bedding and towels to avoid the fee. Itā€™s vacation, I donā€™t want to do laundry. Garbage piled up outside our door on our last night.

The physical space of the unit was wonderful. Nice lay out. Clean facilities: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. The furniture was quite tired and worn out, needing replacement. They were stained, torn, scratched, etc. Couch/pull out bed was lumpy to sit on as a couch. (Popped spring?) Unfortunately, our king size bed had a Queen size duvet and bottom sheets which were too small to fit a king bed - therefore bottom sheet kept popping off the corners. On the plus side - pillows were nice and fluffy. Kids (grown) liked the pool. The utensils and dishes were in good shape, however there were no cereal bowls - just a few serving bowls. This seems odd since I would assume families would like to have cereal, etc. We had to use coffee cups to eat our oatmeal, etc. This hotel was a good location to all the parks at WDW. The free theme park shuttle was a great perk. Free parking was also a bonus.
