Good stay for the price. Buildings a bit dated but we had a remodeled room that was good size, with kitchen, washer/dryer and separate bedroom great for our infant going down early. Security at the front for safety and lots of restaurants in surrounding area. Staff friendly and the grounds well kept

The staff was great but overall it’s not the best placed hotel as you have to travel far to get to the parks and no dining near by. There is construction near the hotel that causes delays. The deposit fee was $300 which I find it a bit crazy cause at other hotels it was a $1 fee. We left that hotel to go stay somewhere else for the remainder of our trip at a universal hotel that can accommodate to our needs and provide more services within walking distance also the deposit at universal is $1 so it’s worth the change. We did not use any of the perks at the resort mostly because we were placed further away from them and it was too cold to use the pool. But the staff was amazing very helpful and kind and when we had issues they addressed it quickly. That was the better part of our stay was the staff.

I loved everything about this property except for THE NOISE!!!!!! Omg, what were you guys doing!!!?? We couldn’t sleep past 7am because of the loud noises made by the workers repairing I don’t know what. Also, says that breakfast was included, but it’s actually an apple and a juice.

On our first night before waking up early to go to Disney Magic Kingdom, there was someone knocking on someone else’s door very very loudly and I got up thinking it was our door. I looked at the time and it was 3:42AM. It sucked, but after a couple of seconds I think they finally opened the door for this person. Very hard to go back to sleep but I managed. What can you do other than to just accept it and move on.

We had an updated room. It was pretty clean. The staff that checks you in tricks you into paying a daily facility surcharge and then tries to immediately sell you on a timeshare demo.
