The room stank like cleaning liquids and the floor was still a bit dirty. It was as if they just put down cleaning liquid and didn’t mop it up. The bathroom didn’t have any cabinets or anything to put toiletries on. We had to use the ironing board. They provided a broken crib for our baby. We were able to work around it.

They did a nice job updating this older hotel. The mattress was comfortable and the room had what we needed. It was loud though because sound travels easily and there was a slight gap in our door jamb, and we were by the stairs. Warm breakfast options was nice

The property was in a great location, the staff was very nice, the place was clean, the only thing was breakfast option same thing every morning. But overall it was a great experience. I would recommend and even return.

Average hotel. Huge potholes in lot and around back of building. Very limited seating for b-fast area. One guest computer inoperable during our stay. Helicopter ride business next door. Killed a roach in bathroom. One ice machine >50 yards away on 2nd floor. Remodeled but still average.

This is my second stay the first very good but second one horrible front desk rude lady Housekeeping don’t clean my room in my stay don’t have toilet paper available for 2 days and travel with kids have to go to Walgreens to buy paper I’m handicap person I make a request online they give me a 3er floor I don’t stay again idont recommend

The building appeared to be recently renovated and in good condition. The members of the staff whom I had contact with were friendly. The breakfast was awful. The parking lot needs repaving and more hooks should be added to the rooms to hang items such as towels. Oddly there were no wash cloths in the rooms.

The only staff that was pleasant was the gentleman who checked us in overnight. He was welcoming and accomadating especially when we arrived in our bed was undone with the lights on, and the TV was on with the remote and things scattered all over the floor. He then upgraded us to a room upstairs, which was kept, but the water pressure, cold shower, the cleanliness of the hotel overall and everything else was just a catfish. Mildew smell through the grounds(we were in separate rooms both were overwhelming) a helipad for helicopter tours 150 feet away from your rooms. Breakfast was advertised and just not great. Additionally lady was insistently knocking on our door 15 minutes prior to check out asking if we’re leaving. Breakfast lady pushed past us and was very rude to multiple people. Just a wild experience overall. Oh and the reclaimed water, luckily I brushed my teeth with a water bottle. Don’t stay here spend the extra money.

Planned to stay with my young daughter because we had an event to attend in Davenport the next day. We checked in and got our room key. Upon entering the room, I saw that there were small bugs on the comforter, pillows, sheets, side tables and floor. I cannot stay in a place with such a pest problem. The front desk attendant was very accommodating and stated they refunded my deposit. I have not yet received a call from management that they will refund the nightly fee. I have many photos to show the room as we entered and saw it.

The only good thing was the breakfast, it was complete and good, very equipped breakfast area. But, the room smells to mold or humidity.. Cleaning service is each other day and I think the just put back the bed and pick the trash, because if you walk barefoot you would need to clean them every 4 steps.
