I was initially hesitant about booking this cottage due to a few negative reviews, but I’m so glad we decided to stay! The cottage was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The pool and hot tub were both spotless and perfect for relaxing. Almost everything that you would need for a home away from home is included. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, making for a great start to our stay. The only small suggestion I’d make is to provide a dishwasher rinse aid, as we noticed that the dishwasher left a cloudy film on the glasses. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

The resort is exceptional, the hotel lobby is spectacular, pool is large, our pool server Mauricio was the best. We stayed in a cottage, which we would definitely again. Only negatives: 1.The furniture was stained. We bought a bedsheet to cover the couch so we could sit on it. 2. We had a two story unit and we're old and don't like stairs. For sure, we'll be back. Overall, fantastic.

The first property we were assigned had a couch that was heavily soiled. We were offered another property. Ice from Margaritaville Orlando took very good care of us going above and beyond to make sure everything was in perfect condition for us. We loved the proximity of the property to everything. We also used the pool on the property, restuarants, and the gift shops. The townhouse was a perfect place to stay. We had plenty of room.

This wasn’t a bad stay but overall we felt there were a few things missing. My card was incorrectly charged on check it and whilst I caught it and it was refunded, a week later I am still waiting for the refund to show up. The houses are ok but we had 3 guests and everything was set up for 2, we had to ask a few times for bed linen to make up the sofa bed and even then it came with no pillows and we had to do it ourselves. The resort is beautiful, but overall we wished we had stayed in the hotel as the house we had was a bit tatty. We were happy enough but wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed at cottages. Good size homes. A bit of a drive back to the main hotel with the pools and bars. But there is a shuttle service that will take you over there and back. There were plenty of smaller side pools that were within walking distance from our cottage. We didn’t have enough towels and bedsheets and/or pillows, but they were brought over to our cottage by housekeeping. There is only housekeeping services available for an extra fee. The stay was nice and we would go back there again.

Cottage could’ve been a bit cleaner in regards to the floors/stairs, and some stains on the furniture in living room. The transportation was great with the free pick up and drop off around the property with the shuttle. Beds were comfortable. I had issues with my card from out of the country and Margaritaville worked with me on that. Overall a great time

Mostly good but a few issues

Cottage was new and nice. Location good. Not enough hot water. Biggest issues were no clear instruction in the lobby for check in so we waited an inordinate time.Breakers in kitchen were off and found out that coffee maker was not working at 6:30 in the morning. The biggest issue was the 24/7 customer service never ever picked up or answered messages EVER. Wouldn’t book through the Rentyl branch again. Had to call main hotel to get help. Thankfully they were good. My 6’ plus sons said the twin beds were very uncomfortable but the other beds were good. Free rum punch in lobby was nice during check in
