The room upgrade was huge, not windows, and 2 balcony areas. Fully functioning kitchen and spacious bathrooms. The pool, restaurant, outdoor bar and fun zones were wonderful. The hot tub was very relaxing after traveling so far.

DECLINING FAST.
I have been going to Lelia since day the opened it. Its name was Mona lisa. We have visitied it at least araound 150 /170 times. We use to gonto Orlando every other week for about 20 years. This last time. It was the worst condition i have seen the place. Laundry machines were removed /paper towels are not given any more. Carpets and BedHeads all stained. The front desk was not helpful either when changing accommodations...BUT the Worst of all ..ONE OF THE most Beautiful polls we have ever been is all full of black mold inside.

It’s a centrally located hotel, which is great for my business trips and I’ve stayed there several times. However, this is the third time in a row where there’s no water pressure and the shower does not get hot. Unfortunately, probably won’t stay here again.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that the refrigerator was leaking and the shower had water orange sediment, but other than that our stay was perfect. We loved our room.

No clear information regarding transportation to thene parks.... very misleading information given at time of booking, causing an issue at check in. Also, issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. Day 1, there was an initial problem with flushing the toilet. Day 3, housekeeping put the clean wash clothes on top of the toilet in such a way that one actually fell into the toilet! Had to call front desk for someone to come and remove it. Day 4, there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom!
