Great stay close enough to the convention center. Nice on-site restaurant with happy hour, beautiful pool area although I didn’t get to enjoy as it rained when I was there. Highly recommend for the price, location and space of the hotel!

Last Minute Booking...Wouldn't Stay Again

This was a same day booking from my son and I. The front desk staff was nice and informative. The room was dated, furniture should be replaced, under the dresser was dirty and there was white powder by the bed. The housekeeping staff was vacuuming before 8am so don't plan to sleep in. Fellow guests and kids were in hallway cursing and yelling.

If you’re wondering why the price is so affordable, look no further than this review… All of the furniture in the room was scratched up, chipped. The toilet paper holder immediately fell off and clearly had been fixed poorly. The floors did not seem clean. Curtains were stained. Bed frame was way too big for mattress. Tacky decor. Crooked lamps. Room did not feel clean. Air conditioning was loud and vibrated loudly. We were very happy to only be staying one night.

Just go somewhere else

I really don't understand how this hotel has such high reviews. I would have had the same or better experience staying at a motel 6. The room that we were given was a studio which, size wise would have been fine for us except the bed frame in the room stuck out at least an extra 4 inches over the mattress its self. The corners of the frame were hard wood with no protectors on the edges and both of us hit our shines several times on the corners to the point of drawing blood because of how far out they stuck. The ventilation in the room did not work and we could not sleep as it was so stuffy and hot. The knob on the shower fell off the first time we tried to use it. We were not going to be spending a lot of time in the room during our trip and were going to just stick it out, but after the 4th time of hitting our shines on the frame and the lack of sleep from it being so hot, I asked the front desk lady (very nice) if I could pay the difference (over $450) and upgrade our room as we were staying there for 10 days and did not want to stay in that dump of a room anymore. The lady was very nice and got us into a 2 bedroom. This room was an improvement, the fans actually worked and there was room around the beds so we didn't hit the frame every time we walked through. Only downside to this one was the toilet handle on the second bathroom broke the first use. Property itself was ok, I do suggest not buying alcohol there as it was very pricy and tasted horrible.
