My room #169 had a shower with a floor that was NOT divided by anything between it and the rest of the bathroom floor. Therefore water from the shower fell not only on the shower floor but all over the rest of the bathroom floor which was and is very dangerous, creating slippery conditions which could lead to serious injury or worse if a guest slips and falls. I had to put towels down between the shower floor area and the rest of the bathroom floor area. 2. The water from the sink would NOT get hot. I had to microwave water in order to make it hot enough to shave with. Other than these issues, the staff were very pleasant and accommodating, I liked this Motel6 better than the one I stayed at in Dallas, TX last year. I would love to know that my comments have been read and measures taken to address that bathroom floor issue. I did bring it to the attention of IVORY, the staff who was there when I checked in on 9-19-2024 by emailing me at: tr8theta@aol.com If i do not hear from you i will assume that this was never read or that nothing is going to be done. With this being a budget hotel, I had concerns before arrival but was amazingly surprised!! Its renovated, clean,no stains or odors anywhere. It was a very nice stay while waiting out Hurricane Helene.

The employees are the kindest Ive met at any hotel in the area. The rooms are nice sized and simple. Its a place you can feel at home with your beloved fur baby.

We were given a Room that had the shower curtain stained of feces, also front door was bend. Was not pleasant at all. They gave us another room. One thing staff was great.

My review here will be only about the checked in process. Let me start by saying that I stay at this hotel after a long day at work. I arrived at the hotel at 2:20pm exhausted and I just wanted to do a quick checked in, however that was not the case. The lady on duty told me if I wanted to checked in before 3:00pm I needed to pay $30.00. I choose to wait in the car until 3:00. By the time I walk in to get the keys there was few people ahead me. It was definitely a bumpy checked in process. The lady who usually checked me in is an amazing employee, she and the younger guy are truly an asset to the company, I’m speaking about the white lady with blonde hair. She has an awesome personality.

I love that this is the first place to not charge for a pet! Your pet is your family thats how it should be! Was a little disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave as I am traveling with small children. It was impossible to get any sleep it sounded like the people upstairs were gonna fall through it was sonloud and didnt stop all night. The rates should be a little lower.

If you’re looking for luxury you won’t find it here. Most of the clientele are living here because they have pets and there is no pet fee. However I love it here, the people are nice, it’s clean and close to everything.
