Stayed on property with my family in building 30 and 25 both were new and renovated. Perfect spot for Disney. I’m not sure what the negative reviews are talking about these rooms were well maintained and beautiful. Staff we’re pleasant and friendly.

Our condo was clean and roomy. We had plenty of space for all of us. The restaurant was good. We enjoyed the pool and it was very close to Disney and the 192 corridor with lots of restaurants and shopping.

First of all I booked the hotel specifically because of the hot tub. I called 3 separate times and spoke to 3 separate people who confirmed there was a hot tub. It might sound stupid but coming from the cold weather I just wanted some relaxation. All 3 staff members assured me there was a hot tub by the main pool. Long story short.. no hottub in the entire resort. When we got in line to check in a women and her family who owns with the Hilton properties was stating that her room was dirty and musty to the point where it was bothering her asthma and allergies. She leaned in and told us not to stay there and absolutely don’t ever buy into the property. The photos of the property on Expedia and the website for the Hilton were completely deceiving. The room was completely outdated compared to the photos online. The room was a suite with a kitchen and washer dryer. There was toothpaste still on the sink in the bathroom, food smeared in the microwave, food particles with the utensils. I literally checked the mattress for bedbugs because it was that type of room. Not the kind of place you walk barefoot. There was trash outside the rooms on the way to the room after check in. It could’ve been fine if the cost was <$100 per night but that obviously wasn’t the case. Also the resort fee was $100 per day. Outrageous for the amenities you get. It felt like a motel.. which is fine if that’s what you’re paying for. But that wasn’t the case!

This was a family trip of 5. The room was spacious like an apartment. I was amazed with the friendliness of staff and they all weee very helpful. I will definitely come back to Mystic Dunes with my family again.

Family trip

David checked us in at the Welcome Center and went over everything with us. He was very welcoming and helpful, so was security at the gates (if we had any questions). We loved the cleanliness and quietness of our location. Sadly we did not have filled up shampoo or shower gel in the shower, and were not around during daytime hours so we didn’t ask for it to be filled just used our travel sized shampoo/conditioner. The mattress (hard) and pillows on the bed were uncomfortable. You could hear the springs on the sofa sleeper when someone would roll over. Not sure if this is just the unit we stayed in or if they are all like this. It wasn’t too far from shopping and WDW activities. There is a Walmart and a Starbucks nearby.

We never had issues with noise the 5 days we were there! The rooms were big and very clean. Nice to have the kitchen and a balcony. We also loved the different pool options and golf course and restaurant on site. Only addition that would be nice would be a playground area for the kids.

Great family friendly resort

Nice condo. Looks like it was recently remodeled and was very clean. We really liked that it had kid friendly activities. We played table tennis and basketball with our kids. The mini golf course was pretty basic but nice. The main pool was relaxing and the slide was super fun. The staff was very friendly. Defiantly a nice place to stay for families.
