No heat

Beds were nice. No heat in the room. Set at 73 and never got over 65. We were so cold we had to wear our winter coats our entire stay. Not a very good first impression of Hilton Vacation Club Polynesian.

100 Percent Perfect

This is probably our 10th timing staying here. It has recently changed from Diamond resorts to Hilton Resorts. I just want to say that it has never been more enjoyable as stay as we had. The Polynesian is always welcoming and top notch. The staff is friendly and helpful and make you feel like you are at home. The rooms are more than you could want or need and the grounds are beyond reproach. See if you can find the Blue peacock walking around when you are there. I give it 100% for everything.

Nice place. It’s a time share. Nothing to do on the property. We prefer a property with a Tiki bar and restaurant. We were not there for Disney but a car auction. Traffic is horrendous. First and last time for us.

I enjoyed all of the plants around the grounds. Our king suite was huge! Bigger than I would’ve ever expected. The netted balcony was nice too. One day there was a peacock on the grounds and that’s one of my favorite moments of the trip. The pool was really warm so even on a colder day my husband was able to enjoy a swim. We both agreed that all of the hot tubs were not hot enough. Not even as warm as my regular bath. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook at home and the grocery store is a quick walk away. Freddy at the front desk was pleasant and easy to work with.
