We had a great stay until the 2nd night when somebody checked in with kids. The kids stomped and hollered until well after midnight.

This is our second time staying here it was okay we did find 2 hairs upon arrival, one in the bathtub and one on the dish for the soap. And the hand towel had a couple of stains on them. the floor was also somewhat dusty. the bed was comfy

The staff were very nice. The area around the rooms was not clean. It shared instead of fixing issues, like dirty/moldy caulking in the bathroom as an example they just caulked over it. The room was very noisy, I could hear the room above us as if it was in the room with us. The drawers in the dresser fell open when you walked by.

Upon entering the unit , its smell was so strong of moth balls. There is visible water damage covered up. Who knows if it needs remediation. Cranked the air and it seemed to help but at lest the tub was clean. It did not close for a tub however. Bed was clean and was ok for a quick sleep.

We had 2 rooms- a smell?? Cleaning products? Mild?? One of the beds was soiled/ we checked out by 6pm / credit second day! The lady at the desk did offer another rooms but my guess said no! We left

Clean and good breakfast

It was a clean, safe budget hotel very close to Disney parks. Took us 7 min to get to animal kingdom and 12-15 to magic kingdom. Breakfast was great. Rooms were basic and clean (maybe a little worn…but it is a budget hotel) I would absolutely stay here again for location.
