Lady denied to change different room while more then half of facility was empty and checking time was 3:30pm wednesday. There was no cars in parking lot. It’s a week after hurricane so the area was not busy. I have trouble with sleeping but put us in a room facing highway and next to walking stairs. Let the check in person knew but the lady was rude

Ants in the room. Booked here because of shuttle service, however it ran at inconvenient times. SeaWorld shuttle dropped off at park 2 hours before park opened and only picked up 2 hours after Park closed. Disney shuttle didn't drop off at park till near 11a

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The property is conveniently located to many dining locations and shopping areas as well as a short drive to the parks! However, we kept noticing ants crawling along the sink counter and bathroom door and couldn’t tell exactly where they were coming from. There was also a couple soft spots in the floor that we noticed as we walked around the room. Our stay wasn’t horrible, but the location definitely needs a few updates.

The floors were sticky, the bathroom door would not close, and the air conditioning smelled like mold. Kind staff, but other than that, I do not recommend the hotel.
