The pictures are not accurate. The only way to access the second floor is going up several flights of stairs. So if you have any physical limitations or are wheelchair bound, you cannot get to the second floor there’s no elevator. Very disappointed thought I was getting a nice decent room and felt very uncomfortable, knowing that anyone could walk up to my door from the streets.

No Airport Shuttle

We booked this hotel close to the airport because it had a free airport shuttle that we could utilize. We booked it a few months in advance. The day before we arrived I looked for instructions on getting the shuttle to pick us up at the airport I found the airport shuttle had been cancelled. We were told that they didn't do that any more. That was the only reason we booked this hotel. Very disappointing.

Place needs a major renovation. Falling apart and they just keep putting bandaids on. Bathtub was cracked with hole in, so they put a sticker over it, etc…

Fine hotel but I selected it because it was near the airport and had an airport shuttle. But when i arrived I was told they had stopped the shuttle service and not notified me, which cost me a large taxi fee.

Great over night stay.

We stayed over night after getting onto Florida late with our family. My kids loved the beds and the super fluffy pillows. My oldest was happy he didn’t have to sure a bed, and slept on the pull out sofa. Staff was super friendly and helpful, even at 1:30 am. If we stayed longer we would have been able to enjoy the pool, it looked very nice.

Hotel.com - misleading about airport shuttle

Hotel.com says this hotel has an airport shuttle. The receptionist said they removed the shuttle in Jan 2023. This is Feb 2025

I would rate this hotel a 2 1/2 stars.

We stayed only 1 night. Our host who I believe was named Kevin (ex national guard) was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is an older facility and the rooms reflect that. Our refrigerator was rusty on the outside. The TV stand looked broken and crooked. A few of the lights (between beds) electric outlet did bot work. Which was an issue because I use a C-Pap machine. Also the doors and windows are very old and do kot seal well. So you can hear peopl parking and talking as they pass your door. A definite inconvenience. The beds were older and not very good comfortable. But for a place to stay gor an early flight time it was a convient location.

Host was friendly. Hotel is out dated. Bed frames made lots of noise. Even to sit the bed framed squeak's. Breakfast didn’t have many options. Fresh fruit would have been appreciated

First of all the staff at the desk was terrible. They charged my credit card but when I got there, they said I had to pay and that was only a pending charge so I basically got charged twice. It took eight days to have that pending charge fall off of my account which I needed while I was traveling.

The room was dirty, we were not permitted into the hotel lobby and the cashier was behind glass leaving us feeling unsafe. The service was poor and unfriendly. At breakfast the eggs were undercooked and almost no options.

It was good for the price. Staff at night were friendly, in the morning i went down to the front to get a coffee and they wont let you in until exactly 630. The lady very abrutly told me no at 625 lol
