We paid through Expedia but the property also charged full fee, reception was confused so I will probably have to keep requesting a refund. Key cards don’t work at all on doors to outside, toilet ran constantly, coffee machine didn’t work, hotel was messy and dirty everywhere, laundry facilities were horrific, film, dirt, damaged machines. We had a maid walk into our room while we were in the room. Dissatisfied and disappointed. So many hotels in the area this one is not worth staying at.

The hotel is run down needs upgrading the smell in our room. We finally once we got the air moving. It was OK in the morning. We woke up to the staff on headphones in the hallway talking so loud we heard in our room. The blow dryer didn’t work so we called down waited for almost an hour. No one ever showed up, got down to the front desk and requested to speak to the manager, and they said there were no managers that they didn’t have any do yourself a favor never stay here.
