Terrible! Was super dirty even after they cleaned. The carpet was stained and when we came to the room the bathroom was dirty and stained. The hotel is really old and not taken care of kinda scary. There was so many animals in our room such as cockroachs and lizards. None of the amenities that they promise do they actually have, the shuttle was basically non existetant.

The staff were very nice, pool and hot tub was nice and big. Breakfast was average, but happy to have free breakfast included. The hotel was walking distance to A TON of things to do. Rooms were clean, but very disappointed with the amenities...there were none. No coffee pot or cups, no USB plugs and only one outlet worked in the room. Housekeeping only came every 3 days, so if you needed extra towels you had to call for them.

Front desk people are the worse!

They couldn’t find my registration after dealing with them for a while Nancy at the front desk found it and gave us the wrong information about the rooftop pool. She assured us that we will make a payment of $25 pp and be able to enjoy the pool so we decided to do it on Saturday for my girlfriend bday, the room was dusty and needed of some updates, breakfast was not a “continental breakfast” but despite of all of that we were excited about enjoying the rooftop but when we went to make the payment on Saturday, Bertha Ann another front desk person very disrespectful told us that her “manager” were wrong and that the rooftop it is only for elite guests, and that the best that we can do is to go ahead and enjoy our day because there is nothing that she can do because guests from north tower can’t enjoy the pool of the south tower! She claimed that she works on hospitality while obviously has not idea what hospitality means!

Morning of Feb 9th breakfast was horrible. There was NO water in the restaurant. We’re told to get water from the bathroom—NOT KIDDING. They were also out of cereal, milk, fruit, pastries, out of sausage patties and eggs, and these two items were the only thing they had. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and we will never return to this place. When we informed the manager about this she didn’t care at all. She just said “sorry.”

I liked the hotel, but housekeeping does not run the sweeper. I made a complaint and asked that the sweeper be ran as well as mopping the bathroom floor. The bathroom floor was mopped, but no sweeper ran. I do not like the fact that I’m walking on other people’s trash.

First of all they closed the pool down at 7:00pm. We are in Florida. Then they told us to come back in the morning at 7:00am and it was closed for cleaning. The breakfast was horrible. I do not recommend this hotel!

Hotel is we’ll located on I-Drive. The staff are really friendly and helpful nothing was any bother for them. The lobby and breakfast area very clean and well kept. Rooms are basic but for the cost they are good value for money. The room could be better maintained we had a lot of hairs in the bathroom etc and key card needed resetting daily which was slightly inconvenient. beyond this the rooms were comfortable and right for what we needed. Would be better if hotel had wash room facilities for departing guests. We would use this hotel again. Thanks for making us welcome

This is a horrible place that Deluxe room is very old and noisy. Especially do not book it from Expedia. I have crazy bad experiences. I booked 3 days and almost no sleeping time in the first night. The toilet tank was leaking and made weird noise. I called front-desk and was told that it had to be done in the second morning. The toilet tank leaking happened before I checked in and got worse. I am curious about why they did not fix it even though they knew this issue. I got so disappointed about it and checked out immediately in the second morning. But I was told that no refund for the remaining days and was told Expedia charged it as no refund. Then I checked Expedia and was told that hotel decided to refund or not. They both played the games. Do not book this hotel and do not book it through Expedia. The game they were playing is so tricky!
