The room was dated and grubby, both the hotel and Expedia are guilty of price gauging. Already charged a high price we were then subjected to the extras. $40.00 per night resort fee, $50.00 per night for the dog, $38.00 per night car parking then high prices for poor food and drink. Not what we needed after having to evacuate a hurricane.

During hurricane Milton, we felt extremely safe. We had a room overlooking the atrium, it was stunning. The room was sound-proof; you would not have known there was a hurricane outside.

Get ready to take out a second mortgage
They gouge you for every penny out of your pocket. They charged the $40 resort fee which I was aware of and then they’re charging $38 for parking. we were then double charged for parking because we stayed past our 12 o’clock checkout time at the pool (till 2:00). Still trying to fight to get our money back from that. Then come to find out we have to physically check out at the front desk, I’ve never had to do that in over 30 hotels. Everything is super expensive.

I love the hotel, and I love that everything was very clean, organized, great staff and lovely areas. I would love a closed place for pet to be without the leach. But I am very satisfied of the pet inclusion, we all had a great time with our puppy.
