Very Disappointing

The Rosen Hotel Orlando was affordable and clean BUT there was no hot water for showers at night or in the morning, pretty important for a comfortable stay. Additionally, we booked a two bed room and requested handicapped features. The handicap was approved separately by the hotel. Upon arrival we learned that the room only had one king bed. Makes no sense that handicap rooms only have one bed when an assistant typically travels with a handicapped person and the reservation was for 3 guests.

Excellent and friendly staff. They went out of their way to help me change rooms. Be advised that when you make the reservation and they ask if you want pool view you’re going to face the interstate. Road noise was too loud for me but the hotel switched me to the other side of the building.

Overall great location for just about everything. I felt the property didn’t offer much in terms of dining. Also, it was very spread out and I was never given a break down of where to find anything. Just a map. The surrounding area was walkable, great plaza, activities, food. Driving to other stuff is 10 minutes or less.
