I liked the apartment. Didn't like the check in process, access to the rooms, not enough chairs by the water park area, coffee maker in the room but no coffee. Shower curtain was dirty, not enough towels.

My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay. The amenities were great and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We experienced a small error during checkout but the receptionist were quick to resolve. Overall I would say I most enjoyed the upfront pricing, the pool areas, and the wide variety of food/drink options and poolside service.

For the amount of money that was paid I was expecting better, everything was expensive and I cannot believe parking is not included. The kiddie pool has rusting. Amenities such as hand soap for bathrooms had to be asked for. It was just a bit disappointing.

THIS PORPERTY WAS VERY PACKED AND THE ELEVATORS ARE OLD AND HAVE NO AIR CONDITIONING, THEY WERE SLOW IT TOOK FOREVER AND SEVERAL ELEVATORS WERE NOT EVEN WORKING. IT WAS A STAIR NIGHTMARE. THE WATER IN THE MAIN POOL AND THE LAZY RIVER ALSO NEEDED SERIOUS HELP AS WE DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT THEM BC OF SO MUCH DEBRI. THE FACILITY NEEDS BETTER FILTRATION ON THE LAZY RIVER AND UPGRADED AND MORE ELEVATORS WITH AIR CONDITIONING.

The property is beautiful, family friendly, lots of activities. The only thing I do not recommend is the transportation to the parks, they are not punctual. The shuttle service is likely not owned by the property so I do not hold that against them, but we had to take uber after the first day of dealing with the shuttle.

Regretful stay
Third year coming to this resort… And unfortunately, it will be our last. The resort has disappointingly gone downhill since our visit last year. The hallways, guest condo, elevators, pool side chairs (moldy) all needed a lot of upkeep, maintenance, painting, cleaning, etc. The “B” elevators were terrible both inside appearance (dirty, bumpers falling off) and long wait times. There’s no use in paying extra for preferred pool side seating because there is no one enforcing the rules of maximum occupancy. Multiple families over the course of several days would rent one set which included two chairs and an umbrella and then bring 8-12+ adults and even more children and would over taking the area, sitting on tables…it was a zoo. Second day there was feces floating in the kids splash zone. They do have a nice on-site store but everything was outrageously overpriced. Pool side food was mediocre at best. We won’t be coming back for a fourth year.

Muito desorganizado na área da hot tub que supostamente era para ser um lugar para adultos relaxar, as crianças ficam brincando, pulando e usando acessórios de piscina dentro da hot tub, além da água está suja. Além do local ser tudo muito longe de tudo, muito difícil de se localizar lá dentro. Falta organização em todos os aspectos pelo preço que é pago deveria ser muito melhor.

The service was terrible. We came across certain issues and when we went to address them the staff was very dismissive. For one we had asked for sheets for the pullout couch because there were none in the room. We didn’t receive them till after midnight that at that point my kids had fallen asleep on the couch. The freezer nor the coffee maker were working. I had to personally go down to guest services because no one would answer the phone. When I brought up the issues it was I’m sorry we were busy. Never going back. Oh and the place smelled like mold.
