This is not a 4star hotel, maybe it was when it opened but it is not being kept up. At Check-in there was another guest and employee arguing. The guest was yelling and cussing there were kids everywhere. They got upgraded and free parking, while I a nice customer paid for parking. The halls were dirty and not vaccumed. The rooms were just in need of a refresh and basic. The garage trash was overflowing the entire time there. There were no blow dryers, called front desk, no answer. Went to front desk and they said they daid housekeeping just said had none but wouldnt call and ask. The pools/water park are great but not worth the extra hotel daily fee on top of nightly rate wasnt worth it.

Disappointing….
No where near as beautiful as online pics… takes forever to walk to anything on property. Not fun w kids. Too Few elevators. Waterpark surfer closed. Bar/restaurant at waterpark closed. Hallways dirty.Shamp/cond/bodywash empty in showers. No bedding for fold out couch. No coffee for keurig. Kitchen under stocked.

Second time visiting Orlando and staying at the grove . My family loves it super clean close to parks and shopping centers . Water park is a plus be sure to rent your chairs with ample time it gets full. Definitely 10 out of 10

Disgusting hotel! Pull out couches had bed bugs I was switched to THREE different room every single one had bedbugs also while complaining of my room another guest was complaining about the same thing BED BUGS make sure you check if you stay here

It’s a very nice place to stay. Everything was clean and there was lots of space and activities for us. I didn’t like that you have to pay $25 a day for parking and other resort fees. Check out was early too. If it weren’t for all the extra fees we’d definitely be back. Like I said, it was great, nice and clean. They should consider just putting all the fees together so you don’t have all these extra fees, it’s just one price to pay. There were reviews talking about the staff but everyone was nice and helpful, I had no issues with the staff.

Just book it!!
Beautiful property!! Apartment like rooms, they offer washer and dryer in unit, big bathtub, stand up shower. Balcony is covered to keep mosquitos out.. kitchen, table for dinner. Water park was very fun for the kiddos, there’s an arcade and a market for all necessities! Even a Starbucks!! Just book it, you won’t regret it.

The layout of this resort is very confusing and you have to walk through wings to get to elevators in order to access the outside or climb stairs. The hallways were dingy and not updated. The patio furniture and screens were moldy and have not been cleaned in a while. You have to call for extra towels, toilet paper, soap, trash bags etc. very limited pots and pans in kitchen and the dryer doesn’t work properly. Water park was amazing and the grounds were very nice.

We really wanted to love this property and had high expectations but sadly we didn’t have a good experience. Room had a smell , sheets weren’t clean and TV didn’t work. We called, they fixed it but then it didn’t work again and no one came… The water park is nice but you have to pay extra $ if you wish to sit around the pool and watch your kids for example. There’s only one restaurant and one marketplace .. and it is not easy to find your way around. You gotta go in and out of the building through a parking garage to use an elevator… Customer representatives were understaff and couldn’t help us.

Walking in the lobby was very inviting, however the journey to our room was less impressive; dirty walls, broken rails in the elevator, doors in need of repair, excessive dirty carpet and trash (Outside a bag) on the ground. Once we got to the room it smelled of weed (we aren’t smokers). Our room was moved, this room had missing furniture and what was there was tattered and very worn down. So we were moved a third time, that room was much better. But we couldn’t get over how bad the building over all was. They certainly need to do better.
