Has a lot of entertainment for kids. Super clean. Spacious room. The only thing I will point out that I don’t like is the shower head for me is too small but that is a personal preference.

The room was spacious but had little that worked. The dishwasher didn’t work. The living room tv didn’t work. The shower didn’t drain. Multiple lights wouldn’t work. We never saw any staff after the time we checked in. The hallways were dirty. There were very, very few supplies in the room, ie paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels. The rooms need to have extra in stock since they only get cleaned every 8 days. The water park and additional pool were amazing though and very enjoyable.

The worse hotel I've stayed in the US. Rooms and public areas are filthy. Garbage bags everywhere that are not evacuated. And above all the service is shocking. The reception staff was rude and unfriendly. Rooms maintenance was the poorest I've seen. I'll never stay in this hotel again (it should be maned a poor youth hostel and not a hotel). Don’t come here even for free!

Let’s start about the pros: Great and Friendly staff. Super convenient parking nearly outside your room door. The place is Clean when it comes to the property ( Rooms in Cons) Cons: the rooms are not cleaned and very outdated. The curtains had stains on that I can only wish it was from chocolate. The sheets were not changed prior to us taken possession of the room just set up on the bed. There is no Pool towels at the Pool. Pool towels are left in your room equal to 1 per guest and if any is misplaced you get charged. Only in our case towels where not even left in our room. So we came down from the 5 floor walk about 7-8 to the waterpark area only to get sent back for towels. Lastly ( and I never complaint about things like this ) but the market inside the property is a rip off. Even the nice young lady at the register needed to double check when we where charged $86 for the following items 1 dozen eggs 3 bottles of water 1 pack of bacon 1 am pack of butter And a court of milk. I get it it’s inside a resort ( more like an apartment complex) but this was extreme. I don’t believe I would ever return here but if for some reason I did it would be only because of the friendly staff and I would have stopped at a super market in advance
