We stayed here 3 years ago on our last trip to Orlando which is why we revisited again. Sadly the hotel has become ‘tired’ in the corridors and doors aware dirty and sticky. Even the pool area needs some TLC, the sunbeds are dirty and we had to reuse the same threadbare towels for the duration of the trip! Even though our upgraded room was huge and a great size for the 5 of us, disappointingly the in-shower bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, in both bathrooms, were empty. Sadly will be looking elsewhere next time we visit Orlando.

Water park was fun, everything was walkable, food was good, rooms were comfortable, could use a little updating but were nice none the less. Would definitely stay again and look into purchasing a place of our own.

I liked the quickness and kindness of the staff. Our room however I feel was not ready. We did check in early because we got there before check in. However the lamp in the master the lamp shade was broken. The sheets were dirty on the bed with stains.

I read really bad reviews prior to arriving however the property was not as bad as I read. The drive in to the resort is really pretty. The lobby area is also nice. Then you hit the hallway to your room and you want to leave and stay somewhere else. I was really nervous to see my room on the walk to the room. However, our 2 bedroom condo was actually decent. It was clean and exactly what we needed with 4 adults and 1 kid. The property is huge so it is easy to get lost going from the parkade to the room. Note your location and the elevators used along the way to avoid this. The pool was cold. Even the Springs that advertises a warm pool. Not warm. Not even a little. I’m sure the temperature would be great in July/August but not November on a cloudy day. It is a fun area for kids given kids don’t really care as much as adults. Large area. You cannot bring food or drinks into the pool area and your bag will be searched. The food and drinks are very expensive. I ordered a hot dog for my kid that never did come and the server just gave me excuses and then dodged me all together (I was never impolite to justify this). Overall, my room was clean which is what matters most. I would never stay here again though. Resort fees and parking for a two bedroom was $231 US. But those fees are standard in Orlando.

Customer service was terrible. Dirty bathrooom, dinning room and kitchen. Found clothes under the bed sheets when arrived which means they didn’t change the sheets when previous guest checkout. Not enough towels for 6 guests. Elevator of our building was out of service. The property is nice but I won’t recommend it to no one to stay there.

As soon as we got to the hotel, there was a whole bunch of garbage in front of the door. It must’ve stayed there for about two nights of our stay until I had to get somebody. The phones don’t work to the front desk. The staff does not help you or accomdate you or clean rooms. There was frogs and red spiders in our beds unmade every day.

Our last few days were terrible. You had fema people there and they stole my son's toy right out his hands, a guy tried first fighting me in the hot tub and I caught a guy going in my wife's purse at the pool. The director said he would do something for us but never did. Will never stay there again!!

Hotel was very convenient for Disney parks. Common space around the hotel parts of the resort wasn’t super well kept. There was a bag of trash that was almost comically left in the hallway our entire visit. The room itself was very clean as was the water park. Water park was great but beware about leaving towels there or they will charge you(lol). They only would give us two room keys despite there being 5 adults in the room(this was declared when I booked). A housekeeper turned back to talk to her coworker and accidentally hit me with the cart in the hall outside my room. Would still return because honestly the room was fantastic and was a great value
