The staff were incredibly nice! Location was very convenient for me. But, when I left the do not disturb card off the door, the room was not tended to. After asking for the service, they came in the afternoon and never cleaned. They did leave fresh towels and took the trash, but the bathroom was left dirty.

Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Made us feel appreciated. Housekeeping, front desk and bartender Tori should hold classes in customer service for other hotels. Made a dreaded stay as pleasant as possible while fleeing from hurricane Milton. Will definitely be back.

Best First Time Stay!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! They were kind enough to create a little suprise a for us as newlyweds for our room and it was incredibly thoughtful and sweet! The room was clean, organized and spacious, and the staff were top notch friendly, professional and kind! I would definitely recommend and return!

Stayed here for a concert at the Kia Center, was very impressed with customer service and location of this hotel. Room was big and spacious and had a full size fridge and with a stove top also Hotel was very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again
