I keep returning to this property for a reason. They’re great. Really modern and extremely clean rooms and beds. Staff is super helpful too. Free Transportation is available to the Universal’s theme parks right out front of hotel like clockwork. Nice pool and rooftop bar & bistro with panoramic views

Excellent hotel! Great amenities and location! The breakfast was horrible, thank goodness I had a rental car to go to First Watch for breakfast my favorite meal of the day., but other than that, I'd totally stay there again!

Excellent location if you go to Volcano bay (15 mins on foot) or the Universal parks (15 mins by bus). The hotel is very clean and the team was great. Dinning options are limited though. We tried the bar on the roof top (great view), however the music was very loud (couldn’t have a quiet conversation with the family).
