We only stayed for 1 night but had a great experience made use of the lovely, big pool area. A lovely 5-10min stroll from the hotel to the parks & great to be able to access via the quiet security gate (a breeze compared to the manic security section as you enter from the main car parks). The water taxi was also a fun & relaxing options. Hotel room wasn't massive but nicely decorated, clean & modern. Food purchased from the pool bar was good huge portions. All staff we encountered were really pleasant & friendly they kindly upgraded our room to a pool view, granted us a slightly later check out time & allowed us to make use of the showers in the gym facility later on our check out day as our flight home wasn't til late. All in all a great experience we'd definitely stay again.

Great customer service. Beautiful pool area that's well maintained. Well apportioned rooms. Our room was a little loud from the pool area music and from painting/repairs in the hallway. Easy to check in, store luggage, get a rental car. Highly recommend for the quick, stress- free walk to Universal and for the express passes you get for the park. Food is a bit pricey- especially three grab/ go place. But the breakfast buffet was well worth the price. We would strongly recommend if going to Universal and would stay there again.

We booked a night for two days fast passes to universal parks. This worked brilliantly. Checked in early on day one got the passes and went to the parks until our room was ready. Transport options are great. Bus ( every 30mins), boat ( every 10 mins ) or walk. We walked and it took 6 minutes from the pool to security at citywalk. Rooms were a bit dated and worn. Carpets need replaced especially in hallways. Some bedding had holes in it. Bathroom part of room was brilliant. Appears to have been recently renovated but the rest of the room could do with it too. Facilities in the hotel are great. Plenty of options for food. Small market to buy snacks. Pool is very good and fun for kids and adults too.
