Walt Disney World Dolphin offers 1509 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features laptop-compatible safes and complimentary bottles of water. Pillowtop beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 49-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium satellite channels and pay-per-view films. We got to the property and self parking was all taken up, and no one told us that Dolphin, and swan were connected so we had to walk 15-20 minutes just to check in, secondly they charged me an extra fee of $172, and due to me using a debit card that $100 safety deposit won’t get back to me for 30 days. It is a beautiful hotel though, and I love being able to take the water ferry to the parks it was a great experience, but the staff at the beginning was not the best. He told us we’d be charged $100 per day, and never told us that dolphin and swan were connected and made it seem like he could get us a shuttle to the parking in front if swan IF they are available. Didn’t know we could get there straight through Swan until we talked to another staff member later that night.

The room had an intolerable smell, contacting front desk was impossible, we had to go downstairs every time we needed service, I requested a roll up bed, they forgot and tried to call with no success. Very disappointed the room didn’t have a working phone or something essential as a microwave for the price I paid for one night.
