Walt Disney World Dolphin offers 1509 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features laptop-compatible safes and complimentary bottles of water. Pillowtop beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 49-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium satellite channels and pay-per-view films. Great place to stay when visiting Disney theme parks. Walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.There are many different restaurants options as well as shopping. The parking and amenities fees were a bit high. I wish they would add it into the total price of the hotel room.

We love the dolphin and swan properties and often stay here however our last stay we were not told that the parking lot was being refurbished and we had to park at the swan reserve and catch a shuttle back to the dolphin. It would have been nice to be warned at check in about the parking situation instead of driving around the property to then ask valet where we could park.

The AC in our room was broken from the very first night. We missed our dinner reservation the first night because we had to wait for an AC tech to come and fix it. Then, the following evening when we returned to our room, it was broken again. They sent another tech at that point who told us it was fixed and to give it a little to cool down. We sat there waiting for an hour and it still wouldn’t cool down. Turns out he hadn’t fixed it at all. We called the front desk yet again, and it was only at that time that they offered to put us in a new room. But by this point, it was 10:30 at night and we didn’t want to pack up all our things when we had to leave early the next day. So they sent another tech, who was finally able to fix it. The bathroom sink was also clogged. For the inconvenience of it all, they offered a $75 credit, which I felt was insufficient. A non working AC in south Florida, should have at least gotten us half off the total. The hotel is very conveniently located, but the rooms are a hot mess and it was a really unpleasant thing to have to deal with while on a 2 day vacation.
