Property area was huge, w many amenities such as many pools/ basketball courts/ mini golf/ activities center etc. Safe wasn't functioning and there was dirty liquid under the fridge upon arrival. Safe wasnt fixed, a work order was submitted. Overall experience was good

Pools great, room was great except for porch being dirty, staff was great except for a security officer, he was snooty. We had an incident where my wife was coming out to the porch and slid on the sandy floor. She fell and bruised her right knee. The security officer made a report. During the report he made the remark " that it's Florida ". He was rude and my wife said not to come back. When we went to check out I showed them the pictures of the porch and asked if they could give me a discount. They did give us a discount but I don't feel it was enough.

Property I stayed in had a leak from a bad refrigerator/freezer. Caused my food to spoil. Despite me notifying a customer service representative. The gentleman that was sent to evaluate the refrigerator. Kept saying just keep it closed and his language barrier. Prevented us from having proper dialogue. It took me to complain several times. Before they sent someone out to taken a written statement and to evaluate the situation. I should have been offered another unit immediately.
