Great hotel if you are going to Universal Studios. They offer a very decent breakfast, and a shuttle to Universal (only one round trip). Its easy to walk to a pharmacy, liquor store, and a dozen or so restaurants. The beds are comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. My favorite thing is that they serviced our room each day (made beds, fresh towels, etc.) It seems like very few hotels do this daily anymore. I wish they offered more shuttles to the parks, and some different breakfast options (chocolate milk, fresh fruit, yogurt).

A few items which need improvement: The breakfast is subpar. The entire property is screaming for a refresh as the furniture and carpets are dated and worn. A few things that were good: The bed was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is conveniently situated.
