The staff was very rude, especially the front desk person valentin. In my 30 years of traveling, I’ve never had a staff member tell me I could not work on my computer in the lobby that had plenty of table and chairs. The hotel is also dirty with a lot of moist and mold. Very dated. Parking is horrific only about 35 parking spaces for the entire hotel. Front desk telling people to park across the street at a restaurant which have a sign outside stating your car will be towed. I would never stay here again, and probably will not use the chain in the future.

The staff was top notch and really went the extra distance helping with my early arrival. The breakfast provided was fantastic and they had all kinds of hot food and options, not just cereal and coffee as many other hotels with “free Breakfast”. I would definitely stay again, at this hotel. They are close to the airport and only issue was you can hear the planes sometimes, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
