The staff was absolutely amazing! We were able to check out a little bit earlier, received a complimentary upgrade, and the suites at the property are absolutely beautiful. They’re very clean, spacious, and more than I could’ve ever asked for. Thank you, for such an incredible experience!

I really would like a Keurig in my room OR in the community room ...I would bring my own kcups!! The coffee maker in the condo is ancient and makes luke warm coffee...tastes absolutely terrible!!!! This would make out stay alot more enjoyable 😉 we need coffee in the am!!!!

The rooms are very nice, large bathrooms. Much nicer than I expected. Super nice GE appliances. Fast elevator. Very nice and helpful staff. Great location, across the street from Stonewood Restaurant and within walking distance to Outback Steakhouse. My only beef is that the pool (which is a lazy river) is really made for children and not so easy to swim in because it is very shallow. The shower could use a shower grab bar. I enjoyed my stay.

Every employee we encountered was very helpful & friendly. Matthew who put chairs & umbrellas out on the beach was exceptional. The girl at the front desk at check in was overwhelmed. She was checking people in AND handling the phone. We waited about 10 minutes to get to check in. A family came in after us and for some reason the concierge checked them in all while we were still waiting. They were in & out. That put us off to a bad start but our stay was very nice.

We stayed at the last minute to evacuate from Hurricane Helena on the Gulf Coast. Brought my 87 year old mother, 2 daughters and 5 grandkids - in search of entertainment for kids and space to move in rooms. The rooms we got were terrific! Ocean balcony and overlooking the lazy river. Kids had a blast while our property on the gulf was blown away in a Cat 4. Thanks to the staff - we had a great time before coming home to no electric and devastation everywhere.

Staff was super friendly and helpful in every way! If I needed extra towels or other basic stuff it was delivered with a good attitude and made you feel like you were a valued guest! Best experience was with beach staff, Matt, who brought out 6 beach lounge chairs and 3 umbrellas, drilled the holes for umbrellas and took care of lighting the grill for us. He by far had the best attitude and demeanor of an employee for a service industry personnel I have met in a long time. He was happy to be on a beach working a job he described as fun and helping others to enjoy their vacation. When we left our hotel we talked about as a family how we would like to return sometime soon.
