Would absolutely recommend!

I was thoroughly pleased all the way around! It meant the world to my daughter and I to be able to bring our pup Bodhi with us on a weekend getaway. He is family. The Hosts responses were instant, condo was spotless, and i could go on and on. I hope we get the opportunity to stay there again in the future!

Family Vacation

The property was really nice. We loved the outside pool it was very well mantained. The property was dog friendly and they had clean up bags.The unit we stayed in was pretty outdated and wasn't clean at all. There were old shoes and empty bottles under the beds. There was a lot of old food on the floor between the sectional couch.There was a broken shot glass in the garbage disposal with a quarter in it. The glass actually sliced my wife's finger. The dryer at the property wasn't working either, and the doorknob was falling off, making it difficult to lock.The unit needs a good deep cleaning and update.

Awesome Location, plenty of space for two families.

Stayed a long weekend for a baseball tournament with another family. Condo had plenty of space, lots to do in the area without being in the busy area of the Ozarks. Host was great, very helpful and quick to respond with any questions.

Great family getaway!

Our stay at Pelican Bay was wonderful! The weather was rainy and cold the first few days, but no worries, there was plenty to do in the condo. Numerous fun games to play and room for everyone to spread out to read a good book or watch a favorite movie. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We loved all the different sleeping areas, my 11 year old granddaughter loved the day bed in the loft area. The weather got better later in the week and we enjoyed sitting on the front deck in the warm sunshine. We are a three generation family and a great time was had by all. Everyone loved the stay and we look forward to going back.

Roomy for all family to stay

Loved the view off the balcony. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials we needed to cook along with grill. The carpets could use cleaning but I'm sure that is from all the guests that have stayed for the season so for the price and convenience we could overlook that we just wanted to make sure we didn't get blamed for making them dirty when they were that way when we got there.

Owner was very nice when I contacted him directly. Needed some lightbulbs as several were burned out. Response was very-quick. Cleanliness was marginal - dog hair and hair braids were not cleaned from previous renters. Overall - very pleased.

The condo we very nice we didnt spend a lot of time there only to sleep. We enjoyed the place when we where there. Only a couple of problems no trash bags and we had a light bulb out no extras there. Pleased with the place over all. Didnt like that you couldnt chec in until 4 pm and had to be out at 10 am.

Family vacation

This property is absolutely wonderful! Has plenty of space for a large group-so clean and easy access to the water which is what we were looking for. They literally have just about everything you need to just pack a bag and go, you can tell they put a lot of thought as to what families might need to have a great stay. Highly recommend.

Property is peaceful or if you wanted action you could go across the cove to Margaritaville! Boat slip was a plus, made everything convenient.

Very happy the condo was pet friendly. Aside from that, it wasn't the cleanest. Glitter and party favor remains were still scattered throughout the main living area. Stuffed splattered on the wall near the bar. Toilet seat in one bathroom was about to fall off. The grill was literally rusted so bad it was unfit to use. We found out after booking, the boat lift was not working. One washcloth of the three we had looked as though it were used to clean with. One skillet was so dirty we just put it back where we found it. The deck entrance area had boards bowed and loose so you had to pay attention to where you walked. We did not expect a 5 star condo being pet friendly, were disappointed none the less. Also the "Security" camera was slightly creepy. Walked throughout the rest of the area and didn't see "Security" cameras anywhere.

Great location and view

Visit was nice and relaxing. Unit is very comfortable with a nice view. Would rent again. Steps reflected in pictures, so be prepared for the climb to carry gear but the view is nice.

Wonderful trip!

From the first message with questions to Mike to the day we left, we had a wonderful experience! The space was perfect for two 17yos, 11yo, 9yo, and 5yo and their parents :) Lots of sleeping room and the beds were comfy! Recognizing the auto changes on the thermostat was annoying, but a quick change of the temp as soon as noticed it was getting warmer fixed that (I didnt want to change the auto settings for fear i couldnt get them back on!) The cooking supplies, baskets of koozies, cleaning and laundry supplies and family games were great! The grill worked fine and the wicker chairs on the deck are SO COMFY! The fan on the deck was such a bonus! Kids enjoyed the pool, though the resort could freshen that up a bit, there was pieces of trim around the top of the pool that were coming off and the drain was very disgusting. The "kiddie pool" could use a fresh coat of paint so it doesnt look so dirty! Although we didn't watch TV while at the pool, the TV under the porch was so nice!! Overall, our stay was fantastic and I'll definitely being looking to see if this place is available for our next trip to the lake!

Very nice condo!

We stayed here for a trip with 11 girls total. It was a very cute condo. We loved the multiple levels in case some of us wanted to go to bed earlier they were able to. It was clean and all of the beds were super comfy. Bathrooms were all clean! I text the property contact to get the wifi pw and he responded back promptly! The location is great! It is a close Uber drive to landshark/Margaritaville, backwater jacks, dog days, high tide and redheads! If I ever come back I would love to book again!

Beautiful, spacious condo. We had a party of 7 and had plenty of room for everyone! Peaceful neighborhood. Just a tip, the upper bedroom does get warmer than the lower level...take an extra fan. Property owners are quick to respond and get the answers needed before and during stay!

Mid-way spring break

Two families met halfway, driving from Texas and Michigan. The rental property was great, we all had plenty of room to spread out and do our own thing and then come together for meals, games and movies. Mike stayed in contact with us, ensuring everything was satisfactory and that we didn’t want for anything. As two of the guests are over 6 feet tall, the only “issue” was the height of the shower heads - but we get that at hotels too so it didn’t impact the quality of our stay. We will definitely be back and hope to stay at this property again!
