Loved this hotel! Staff were nice. Room was spacious and clean. Room service provided daily. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Close to a train station. Great views from our room. It can get loud at night with the cars outside, but other than that we had a lovely stay.

Great view from the room, the top floor spa was spectacular, breakfast was tasty, the staffs were very nice and friendly. Check in and check out (speedy self check out) were easy, airport shuttle from the hotel was good. The TV in the room had the status of the laundry machines, so you can see if there’s any machines available from your room, also how many minutes left for your laundry. (Also accessible from your phone if you scan QR code) There was the status of spa, but it was always unoccupied, which my husband thought not very helpful… Might need some space around the breakfast area, there’s little room to place your tray or plate, but the food was great and staffs were helpful. I’m not sure if they already had one at the reception, but it might be helpful if they have metro station map and also Osaka area map near the reception. (Maybe young people would look up on the phone but we are old…) Big thanks to the staffs, we had really great time!!!

Excellent modern hotel with superb, helpful and lovely staff. Amazing views over the bright lights of Osaka. Comfortable beds. The rooftop bath is superb - indoor (hot and cold pools and sauna) and outdoor infinity hot bath. An experience! Easy access to transport. Vibrant resto scene nearby. Highly recommend.
