This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I love everything about it from the breakfast and onsen to the great staff. The only complaint I have is that the rooms are too small and beds are not comfortable.

Very close to Dotonburi and other shopping districts yet quiet. Inside the hotel I felt a busy and rushed vibe for all the meals and during check in. More like the service at home in America; not as nice or relaxed as other hotels I stayed at in Japan. This was fine but I enjoyed my other hotels much more.

Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Onsen is nice. However it is quite far from the metro. Be prepared for plenty of walking. Lots of tourists and the supermarket across the road is so packed.
